Remove trash liners from the kitchen and bathroom trash cans and place them in the dumpster in the parking lot. Lock the sliding glass doors (lock lever in the ‘up’ position.

Turn off all lights and lock the door. Return the Registration Pack to the front desk.

Our Happy Place

APATB is our home away from home. This was our sixth year there vacationing at the beach and the resort is the perfect place for a family vacation. This was our first stay in Brian’s condo. The condo is beautiful, stocked with everything you could ever need. I appreciated Brian’s attention to detail! Everything was easy to find and to use. The beds are super comfortable…we all slept great after a long day at the beach and/or pool. The condo is also in a great location!

Great Beach Vacation!

We’ve stayed in several condos at A Place at the Beach and this one of our favorite by far! The updates and remodeling show through the new flooring, paint, and appliances. Although there’s not much of a view, we liked that the unit was easily accessible on the first floor and located on the quieter side away from the main pool. The stocked kitchen, game cupboard, and beach chairs/toys were enjoyed by all. Brian was helpful and responded quickly when contacted. We will return!

Exceptional Stay

Brian’s condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals. Several nice extras provided were DVDs, games, TVs in three rooms, and beach equipment. The condo is very close to the elevator, the indoor pool, and the beach itself. Brian was very helpful and communicative. Great 8-day stay!

Beach getaway

Very nice 2 bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to eat in. Great access to the beach and pools. Very nice and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the property! The condo was exactly as described and the grounds were great for the 12 year olds with us. Brian was a great communicator and very timely in responses. I'd definitely recommend this unit!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very much as described. The queen bedroom was very nice. Great mattress and bedding. Very comfortable. The two twin beds were very hard and we didn’t care for the bedding. We made a quick trip to Walmart for mattress pads and softer bedding and they were very comfortable for the rest of the stay. There was some problems with the guest WiFi the first day and a complex wide internet outage on day two. The host stayed in constant contact with me until it was resolved and offered trouble shooting ideas. Once the wifi was fixed and the twin beds were comfy we thoroughly enjoyed the remainder of the stay. We loved the provided umbrella and chairs as well as beach toys. I loved being so close to the pool and parking. Very convenient. I did miss having an ocean view but it was a short walk to the boardwalk and a nice view of the beach. Overall would stay again. Would be a good place for an off season stay because of the indoor pool.

Great location!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable (which can be iffy in rentals), and the house was stocked with what we needed. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We would definitely stay again.

Fun times at Atlantic Beach

This is our 3rd year in this same condo unit. We like the unit Brian Jellema owner is always very helpful. The unit is very clean and a great location and well furnished.

Vacation with family and friends

We stayed here with family and had friends in other units. This was our second time in this unit. Brian updated it since the last stay. The location is excellent and updates are great. It’s better than the pictures. Will stay again!

Great condo with easy access to resort amenities.

The location of this condo is great. You’re close to both indoor and outdoor pools, onsite gas grills, elevator, and the boardwalk to the beach. It was roomier than other condo we have stayed at this complex with a nice layout. My only issue was the with dune and vegetation between you and the beach the view wasn’t the greatest but with how close you were to the boardwalk it didn’t really matter.
