Our Nihilani unit is a new vacation rental, and has been recently renovated, including all brand new tile flooring throughout, furniture, paint, and décor. This unit is 1400 sq ft, 2bd, 2ba ground floor, end unit with open living spaces. The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, and a spacious dining room. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full baths, Queen Sofa Bed, a large laundry room, and a small office space complete the layout. On the Lanai off the dining room door you’ll find a 200-square-foot open space with table for dining and ceiling fans. An attached 2-car garage (parking for one vehicle) offers private parking and easy and direct access to the condo.

The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a Jacuzzi and large and relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana. If you're looking for a beautiful luxury condo in one of the most breathtaking places in the world, this is it.

Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf. Just down the road is the brand new and recently opened 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay resort where you can take in the most beautiful sunset while enjoying cocktails or dinner.

We are from Southern California, and we have been going to Kauai since 2005, Hawaii since 2002 and are absolutely in love with the culture, community and slow pace of life on Kauai. We love the outdoors, either relaxing on the beach, snorkeling with honu, hiking Kalalau Trail (and many others) and relaxing cooking a dinner at home, Kauai is our dream destination.

Nihilani Resort is one of the best complexes on the North Shore of Kauai in Princeville. The grounds are well maintained, each unit has a two car garage with most having direct access. This makes it super easy to gain access to your unit not looking for a parking spot and carrying all your gear back inside. The pool area is just like any resort (with the pool side bars) and has a large covered area to BBQ and eat while your family enjoys swimming. Nihilani is close proximity to everything in Princeville, walk to Makai Golf Club for a beverage, head to local restaurants to listen to live music and eat some amazing food, or walk to the bluff and catch the best sunsets on the island.

Our property is a ground floor end unit with spacious living area that can accommodate 6 guests and a large kitchen with all the amenities. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo to help with privacy, if you want it. The lanai adds additional space to enjoy your morning coffee, listening to the roosters/chickens, or enjoy dinner with a cool breeze. One other feature that is unique, all the photos inside the condo are taken by the owner himself of areas around Kauai, this adds the personal touch creating a home, not a rental.
