Home is private and quiet with only adjoining wall, nestled in tropical foliage and mature trees, across 25yd pool with 9ft end, and cabana and grill. Sunny unit captures the light and naturally occurring breezy trade winds generally cool home year round. Near ocean, mountains and golf course, trails to local beaches, minutes to Hanalei.

THE SPACE
Light & Airy, spacious “two-story” space of Hawaiian design. While the space is within a condo, it feels more like your own villa. The main level is a great room, with living, dining, kitchen and large south-facing outdoor lanai complete with dining set for al fresco meals. Enjoy the light and space with floor to ceiling vaulted windows, open beam ceilings, and overhead fans. The second story opens to the two bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom with king bed, ceiling fans & large, double-sided windows, open beam ceilings, and the large open loft dedicated sleeping area with a double and twin bed that overlooks the great room, and the clean full bath with tub/shower, fresh towels, organic toiletries, and amenities. The space captures the bright Hawaiian sun and caressing trade wind breezes, being positioned for excellent airflow throughout. July-September can be the warmest months so we provide a portable AC unit for primary bedroom use.
The community is relaxed and great and in the best location.


GUEST ACCESS
Private sliding glass door entrance utilized for ingress and egress only and is a quiet zone. Guests have full, well-equipped and stocked kitchen, large dining area, living great room, large south-facing lanai, upstairs primary bedroom, full bath and large loft dedicated sleeping area that overlooks the great room. In case you're curious there is a locked door upstairs to a storage space that guest does not have access to nor does host.
Guests can use the portable AC unit provided for primary bedroom cooling but remember to turn it off when not using bedroom.

The space is very nicely appointed and guests also have access to the private pool, cabana, grill, seating and game tables, and garden areas and walking paths. Amenities include cooking basics (evoo, s&p), bath and beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash/soap, lotion, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats, cooler, a SUP & paddle, vehicle soft racks, surf wax, sunscreens, snorkel sets, sand toys. We have Netflix, Paramount +, and Prime Video guest icons or you can sign into your own accounts on Roku apps.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
As your SuperHosts we are very responsive and are certainly available promptly by message (preferred), text or phone to address anything during stay and we request to maintain open, honest and transparent communication.

Host is on property in adjoining space by one wall on main level, which is great should you need anything. Both spaces have private exterior entrances off front lanai, are completely separate, and guests are assured utmost privacy with no disturbances.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Rental does not include any damage or trip interruption protection insurance which can be purchased (recommended). Daytime resort landscaping or maintenance noise may occur. The community is generally quiet - especially at night, very relaxed and friendly, and as expected of a condo in a multi-family development, Guests may experience general, normal household noise from surrounding spaces and condos.
