Celebrating Together

We came to Louisville to celebrate birthdays. The house was perfect. We each had a private bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. Great central location. Booking, arrival and departure procedures were seamless.

Volleyball trip

Attended volleyball championships. Had two days to tour. Everything was close by and easy to find.

Comfy stay

This was our second stay in this house. It is conveniently close to the fairground where we had events. Neighborhood was nice and the house very comfortable for us. Definitely would stay again if we have other events in Louisville.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The place is charming and was a great location for the event we were attending at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center. We will definitely stay again.

Charming home in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds & living areas. They even had a basket with games, word books & such. For those that steps are a challenge- the main bath is on the 2nd floor and the second bath is on the 3rd floor. Everything was great during our stay. The driveway fit our Nissan Altima well, but it might be a tight fit for larger vehicles, but there was plenty of free street parking available. Do know this is a home with wood floors and the steps & 2nd store floors are extremely creaky. Good communication with host, we had a pretty heavy storm come through when we were there, and they reached out to check on us.

Very nice home, close to everything!

We loved this home for its location! It is on a quiet street, but was within 8 to 10 minutes of most of the attractions we wanted to see. The house itself was very clean, had plenty of towels, amd a well appointed kitchen. It also had a lovely deck with a grill and fire pit. If you are new to Louisville, this is a great place to stay!

Wonderful place—don’t pass this one up!

Great neighborhood and location in the city. Plenty of space for myself and 3 friends. Had everything we needed and more. Clean and very comfortable accommodations. Communication was top notch. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great Location and Experience

We had a great overall experience at this location. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after exploring the city and sipping bourbon at the distilleries. The outdoor space provided a perfect spot to unwind and catch up with friends. Parking was easy and driving downtown to the distilleries was a breeze, thanks to its convenient location. We enjoyed some of the places close by including coffee, donuts and chicken! We had a wonderful time.

Top notch House

What a wonderful place to stay for our week in Louisville. It is really close to many of the tourist destinations. The house was beautiful and had all the necessities that is needed for your stay. Check in was simple and seamless. We definitely recommend this house for anyone looking!

Great Location for a Louisville Get away

This property has a wonderful location for a Louisville get away; with it being minutes from Downtown, the zoo, U of L, and Churchill Downs, plus less than an hour to Bardstown. The check - in process was a breeze, and the house was clean when we checked in. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. The back yard is a nice perk that allowed us to relax and the kids could run around. We loved our get away and the kids are already asking to go back.

Trip for north american honey bee expo

Beautiful home, excellent communication

The house is wonderful. Everything was beautiful, the extra touches (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc) were so nice and the communication was excellent. This was the nicest vrbo property we have ever stayed at!

Very easy to get to and perfect location as a central point for our trip . Minutes from Whiskey row and Churchill downs. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

Fall Color Tour

We enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for relaxing with 2 other couples. Convenient to the Expo Center and close to downtown and the expressways to enjoy the beauty of Kentucky.
