Great holiday getaway

Fortunate to spend the 4th in Fairplay and the mountain base camp served perfectly for our getaway. Great location close to our activities and communication with Phil was excellent.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Fairplay. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We even had some visiting moose. Will stay again.

Awesome mountain getaway

Phil was a great host, and this little house in the mountains is a fantastic secluded spot to escape the city for a while. Incredible views and so cozy. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful view

We liked this place so much that when we saw the weather report on the ski slopes (-7°) we decided to stay in and just enjoy the view.

Brief but very nice!

I have stayed at this home twice now while at high altitude to prep for the Pikes Peak Ascent. Very comfortable, spectacular mountain view from the huge front room windows. Only stayed 2 nights but would be happy to stay much longer when time permits.

Mountain views

We had a wonderful stay! There are beautiful views of mountains from the great room, and we could just relax and watch the snow fall. The cabin is clean and comfortable, and though we never needed anything, Phil responds promptly to all messages. Feels away from everything, but it’s a quick drive to town. Perfect mountain getaway!
