Njut av de 3 vackra poolerna pÄ Hilton Waikoloa, som inkluderar spÀnnande rutschbanor, vackra vattenfall, lata flodpool och grottor. Det finns ocksÄ en konstgjord lagun dÀr du kan snorkla och kajak. Perfekt för familjer med smÄ barn. Detta dagliga pass ger upp till 6 personer om dagen att anvÀnda poolerna, fÄ handdukservice och fÄ gratis parkering för 1 bil. (Hilton ligger 2 minuters bilresa frÄn vÄr plats.)

VÄr enhet ligger i ett privat hörn av komplexet med utsikt över den vackert anlagda poolen, jacuzzin och Mauna Kea-berget. Efter en avkopplande dag pÄ stranden, bara öppna din skjutbara glasdörr, korsa grÀset och hoppa in i jacuzzin. Poolen 3 sovrum / 3 bad enheter Àr de största enheterna i komplexet (större Àn golfbanan 3 sovrum enheter) med totalt 1 882 kvadratmeter inomhus vardagsrum och 346 kvadratmeter utomhus Lanai. Det finns gott om utrymme att sprida ut.

Det fullt möblerade köket har granitbÀnkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. I det rymliga familjerummet finns tvÄ soffaomrÄden som försÀkrar att alla Àr bekvÀma. Fitnesscenter och gemenskapens grillomrÄde ligger precis intill poolen. Det finns en stor greenbelt framför Lanai, som Àr perfekt för barn att springa runt och spela boll medan du grillar.

För att underhÄlla familjen har vi en HDTV med ett 5-högtalarsystem för surroundljud i vardagsrummet, 2 andra platt-TV-apparater och loft, ett Wii-spelsystem, Boogie-brÀdor, strandutrustning, filmer och spel. Vi erbjuder ocksÄ strandhanddukar, kylare och strandstolar för en avkopplande strandupplevelse.

VÄr villa ligger i hjÀrtat av Waikoloa Beach Resort. Det Àr bekvÀmt belÀget tvÀrs över gatan frÄn den nya Queen's Market Place, som erbjuder shopping, restauranger, en gourmetmarknad, Food Court och Starbucks. Amazing family holiday!!

We had an incredible trip and Sherry and Lars property was perfect for our large blended family. The extra space and sleeping arrangements worked out great for two adults and five children ages 8 to 14Shaded lawn area and steps away from the pool made the time spent on property very enjoyable. The condo was well equipped for home away from home living, as well as the garage for beach. excursions.One of the pictures in the listing needs to be updated due to new furniture but we caught it before the trip and Sherry’s communication and solution were excellent.

Awesome place

We have stayed at lots of VRBO’s over the years in Kona, and this was the best. It was fantastic, excellent location, had AC, even the teenage boys loved it. I think we found “our place”. I love Waikoloa, and the shops and the beaches, the whole island is beautiful, but this is a really nice place. We’ll be back for sure.

Excellent corner unit location near entrance the Waikoloa beach area and across from Queens Marketplace. It is 5-10 minutes away from the ‘Anaeho’omalu sandy beach with free parking, shade and the salt water lagoon near the Hilton resort, which is safe for snorkeling. Upscale groceries/shopping/restaurants nearby. Costco is near the Kona airport, Foodland Farms supermarket in Mauna Lani beach resort is 10 minutes away and Waikoloa Village (town to east) offer more economical groceries and restaurants. Management company was very responsive and checkin/checkout were easy. Owners gave lots of great tips for our visit. Pool pass with Hilton self service parking was a great plus, because we were there a lot. Lots of beach equipment was available in unit, including beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach cart. Interior was very nice and beds comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Plentiful beach towels. Attractions in the area (Kona, coffee farms, Costco, Pololu Valley, Hapuna beach) were 15-60 minutes away. FYI. Hawai’i Volcano NP is 2 hrs away, but doable for a day trip.
Swimming with sea turtle at Hilton saltwater lagoon-sand beach on south side open to public or rental cabana from Hilton. Lagoon water isn’t dirty, but water has some vegetation floating near falls and shimmer. Variety of tropical fishes seen.
sunset at Hapuna beach state park-15 minutes away. Wide sandy beach, but not sheltered, so larger waves for boogie boarding
”Legends of Hawai’i Luau” show at Hilton resort-Excellent show and buffet. Expect to be hot while waiting for sun to set, but unlimited tropical drinks. Entertainers were enthusiastic and enjoyable.
Pololu Valley hike-1.5 hrs top to bottom and back. Be aware trail has steep areas. Limited parking. Scenic. Keokea beach park nearby, great for picnic. Statue of King Kamehameha and recommend eating lunch at Gill’s Lanai for fish tacos in Kapaau

Loved the fantastic location, great amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and fully-equipped kitchen. The supply of beach equipment in the garage was so convenient, and a really great bonus. The 11-year old in our group thought the Hilton pool pass was the best feature of all. Highly recommend this property for your family vaca.

Great Location & Amenities

The unit was spacious and convenient location to the pool. The Hilton Pool passes were a huge benefit with the kids. The unit was stocked well. The carpet was worn and needs replaced. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. The garage had beach chairs and umbrellas which was a huge benefit on beach day! We would definitely stay again if we come back to Hawaii.

Fun in the Sun

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautifully maintained, well stocked and a great location. We had everything we needed for a large family to gather and whether we prepared meals in the fully stocked kitchen or outdoor patio kitchen, we had what we needed. Thee are restaurants and shopping just across the entrance street. We can’t wait to return! Access to other Hilton resorts nearby was great with the 3 teens that were also on the trip near to us. We celebrated our Son and Daughter in Laws 40th birthdays in Paradise!!

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is spacious and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool, which was never crowded! Everything we needed was provided. The furniture is different than online photos, which should be updated. There is a pull out couch in the loft, not 2 full sized futons. Living room has more sofas, not chairs, which we all loved! We loved being able to walk to the shopping centers for dinner and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay!

Tropical Heaven was a wonderful townhouse for our trip with our son, daughter in law and their 10 month old. The corner unit was quiet, spacious, and well supplied. Finding the storage under the stairs with the high chair and pack n play was very helpful. There were plenty of beach towels and a nice washer and dryer. The pool and fitness rooms were very convenient. The location of the complex was perfect as it was a short walk to Queens and Kings shopping centers, and Lava Lava Beach Club and Hilton were both within a 30 minute walk. Due to Covid and both daughter and daughter in law’s pregnancies, we needed to reschedule several times and the owners were so wonderful and understanding. We would love to return.

A beautiful spot, but could have been cleaner.

The rental is located close to the shops, which came in handy multiple days. We were able to walk over and purchase what we needed. The rental has a beautiful view from the downstairs family room. I was a little disappointed in the upstairs balcony's view from the master bedroom, you see the road and hear the cars, but the downstairs view is lovely. The check-in process was straight forward and clear. Communication with the owner was also very responsive and prompt. I did have a few concerns and suggestions. First of all, the master sheets had some sort of oil stain of them. That was pretty gross. The cleaning crew should have seen those when making the bed and written the owner to let him know. The pack and play also had a gigantic stain on the bottom. Luckily, it wasn't on the mat part and we were able to cover it with a sheet. The carpet was also not very clean. It looked like it needed a good vacuuming and cleaning. We did see a few roaches inside the condo. The outside front patio and walkway was covered in spider webs, it looked like no one had been there for several weeks. It would be an easy thing to have whoever is cleaning and getting ready for the next tenants, to swipe down those webs with a broom. We came at night and it was creepy, trying to avoid all of the webs. Cleanliness was definitely an issue for me. Otherwise, everything was well stocked, looked great and was in a convenient location. We loved having the pool right behind us!

Great property, exactly as pics show. Close to queens market. Loved being so close to the pool. Grounds staff always cleaning. Beautiful property. Beds very comfortably, kitchen well stocked. If i had to make a suggestion would be to have windows cleaned more often and replace windows shades that are getting wornNice bright rooms but dirty glass.

Unit is as described and shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful place to stay at. The community pool is just steps away and unit is walkable to the Queensmarket shopping center.What makes this place stand out is there is room to spread out. With a bedroom and bath downstairs and two more upstairs there is room for the whole family. Especially if you are traveling with extended family.Highly recommend staying here. we enjoyed our stay

The keyless check in was very easy, we were actually allowed early entry due to our circumstances. The condo is bright and airy with multiple fans we used constantly. We grilled dinner two nights and had the tools we needed for the bbq. Walked to Roy's for dinner twice...delicious...two shopping areas close by... went to the Hilton for lunch (not impressed at all) and had no trouble getting the parking validated. The condo is nicely furnished, beds are ok. The pool and spa are so close and we enjoyed both several times. Grounds are nicely kept.

My husband, Lars, is a tech entrepreneur and I (Sherry) am an elementary school teacher. We have two adult daughters and we live in a suburb of Los Angeles, California. Lars had been dreaming about owning a place in Hawaii for years. I felt it was a lovely, but impractical dream, but in the end we made the dream a reality. We looked at several homes in different complexes on the Kohala coast. We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas, because of the great location next to shops and restaurants, its low density, new construction, and spacious interior. We welcome you to our second home! We selected this town home, because of its great location close to many wonderful amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, its size, and the beautiful tropical landscaping and pool. Our two daughters love walking across the street to the stores and getting ice cream whenever they want at the Queen's Market Place and the King's Shops. The Big Island has so many things to do, without the large tourist crowds, and the snorkeling is fantastic!

We enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of A-Bay, Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach. We love that although we are in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, it is quiet and uncrowded. We love going coffee tasting in the Kona district and visiting the farmer's market in Hilo. There is a wonderful secluded pathway between the Marriott Hotel and the Hilton Waikoloa with stunning ocean/shore views. (Start at the Marriott sand volleyball court and see an opening in the bushes. Wear good shoes.) Once you get to the Hilton, check out Dolphin Quest, and take a free ride on the Hilton boat which gives you a fun overview of this enormous hotel.
