This is a premium location with fantastic ocean sky views and a few hundred feet from the ocean cliffs.

Host communication was awesome. The place is great, and the garage is well stocked with snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas, stroller, etc etc etc. The unit is super close to the pool (2 minute walk) and you can see the ocean from the back patio. Grass area for the kids to play. The unit itself is nice, nice beds pillows towels.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at!Beautiful grounds, fabulous condo, very well appointed.The location was close to the club house and near the terrific oceanfront pathway. The owner was great and easy to communicate with.The condo was well arranged with bedrooms at either end and 2 great bathrooms.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay and Richard was responsive, gave wonderful suggestions for meals and activities, and the place was stocked so well! We would definitely stay here again!

Family time to relax

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful pool and views of the property. This is definitely a property we would visit again.

Perfect location!

We loved our visit. The condo was very clean and the owners were extremely easy to work with and very helpful. The location to the pool was perfect. Easy access (by car) to beach and restaurants.

This property is very well appointed and in a great location close to the pool and club house. Richard was very easy to communicate with during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

The host Richard is very responsive and communicative during the online booking and checkout process. We love Halii Kai and this unit is very close to the pool and easy to access. The unit is well stocked and the garage has great chairs and boogie boards to use at the local beaches. While toward the end of our trip we got a little weather, Kona is always a great place to visit.

Awesome location, fabulous unit!

We have been coming to Hali’i Kai for years and this year we were lucky to stay in this wonderful unit. Great floor plan, easy walk to pool with pool bar and fitness center, also a very clean and nicely furnished unit. We plan to book here again!

Wonderful Stay at this Condo

The place is very nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. We even were able to use the beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The location was great for a wedding we attended at the Fairmont Orchid and the area felt very safe and luxurious.

Great time!!

Loved this location and amenities! The condo was conveniently located near the restaurant and pool, and had a nice peekaboo view of the ocean. The sunsets were amazing and the food at the restaurant was great too! So many nice things at this property, would definitely come back!

Always a very memorable stay. Beds are comfortable. We enjoy the lawn and view in front of us. Pool is easy to access and the drinks and food at the pool are a wonderful bonus.

Perfect next to the pool

We enjoyed our stay and it was just as pictured. It’s on the bottom floor which was great for walking over and taking a dip in the great pool. We would return again!

Fantastic property and Richard is a wonderful host. Will definitely come back to stay here again. Perfect condo. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. One of our best VRBO experiences as a family. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend.
