Vacker fristående villa (andra raden i havet!) med en stor tomt (ca 750m2) i Es Forti / Cala d'Or med havsutsikt!
Fjärden med tillgång till havet mittemot och till den romantiska sandstranden Des Pou med chiringuito bara 2 minuter till fots (ärligt avstånd!). Restauranger, stormarknad, läkare etc. 4 minuters promenad.
Du kan nå den eleganta Marina Cala d'Or till fots på avslappnade 8-10 minuter.

Huset har på bottenvåningen ett stort, fullt utrustat kök med tillgång till den bakre terrassen med en elektrisk grill och sittgrupp, perfekt för en uppfriskande frukost.
Rymligt, mycket ljust vardagsrum med matplats för 8 personer och en mysig öppen spis.
På denna nivå hittar du två sovrum, ett med luftkonditionering och ett badrum och ett badrum, alla mycket moderna.

De yttre trapporna leder till den separata lägenheten på övervåningen med sovrum, badrum och rymligt kök med bekväm bäddsoffa. Rymliga terrasser, delvis täckta - njut av den fantastiska utsikten med en aperitif.

Vardagsrummet på bottenvåningen öppnar till den eleganta täckta sittplatsen utomhus vid den egen upplysta poolen (ca 7 * 4m). På terrassen finns också en modern, lyxig matplats för 8 personer. Gasgrillen med paella pan inbjuder dig att laga mat tillsammans.

Den vackra trädgården inkluderar gräsmatta och fantastiska växter, från vackra Mallorca palmer till kaktussängar.

Vårt hus är rymligt, ljust och mysigt i en avslappnad strandhusstil. Utrustningen är komplett med t.ex. b. WIFI, TV, Apple_TV, Bluetooth-högtalare, grill etc.

Platsen är helt oslagbar, du behöver inte en bil! Oavsett om havsviken framför huset eller vacker sandstrand knappt 200 steg bort med en mycket trevlig strandbar. Många restauranger / barer / glassbarer, stormarknader etc. i en familjevänlig atmosfär kan nås på mindre än 5 minuter till fots.
Den eleganta Marina Cala d'Or med många restauranger ligger bara 8-10 minuter bort till fots, därifrån går den sömlöst till centrum med andra otaliga restauranger.
Ett turisttåg leder nästan från huset över marinan till byn, om du vill undvika promenad.

Med bil är du på mindre än 5 minuter i den vackra fiskebyn Porto Petro med ett antal ovanliga restauranger.
Otaliga stränder, vackra byar som B Santanyi och golfbanor kan nås på mindre än 15 minuter.
Palma flygplats cirka 45 minuter.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The rooms were all spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was large enough, and the pool itself was great to cool off in. Great communication with Kellie, and will be returning next year!

Great location

The villa is close to the beach and amenities- it is wonderfully furnished with a great beach vibe. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Fantastic Villa

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful

Fabulous Villa

We loved our stay from start to finish. Beautiful villa, pool and garden. It was so relaxing. Really well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, air conditioning, and great bathrooms. Easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Really good communication with host Keeley. Would love to come back.

Stunning

A very nice house, great location, very good facilities and extremely individually and lovingly furnished. The beautiful, well-kept garden and pool invite you to relax with plenty of seating. We particularly liked the large dining table outside, where we could all fit comfortably. We really enjoyed it and had a great week.

Gorgeous villa in easy reach of restaurants and beach.

Wonderful property and in great location. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Lynn the property manager greeted us with thoughtful food and refreshments for a late arrival. Would definitely recommend the property and short walk to the cove to watch the sunrise is a must.

Perfect Getaway

The property is ideally situated in a quiet area, but close to the town, marina and beaches. The property amenities were superb, some of the best that we have ever encountered. Keeley was on hand to answer any queries in a friendly and helpful way.

Amazing villa

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The views from the villa pool are amazing and we spent hours looking out to sea. We all enjoyed spending time in the pool as well as relaxing beside it. The villa is in a perfect location 5 minutes walk to Cala Egos or a 25 minute walk to the Marina. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We can’t wait to book again

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Fantastic Holiday

The villa is in a fantastic location. A short walk to a rocky beach and a sandy beach with a bar. Local shops are good for provisions and the all important floaty chairs for the pool! The pool was bigger than we thought and the villa and apartment above are very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lynn was lovely and very quick to respond. She was waiting for us when we arrived (very late!) and provided a great welcome pack. It's a 20 min walk to the near side of the marina. Taxis are readily available and about €7 from Cala D'Or centre. Thoroughly recommended. We would love to go back one day. Thank you.

Fabulous Villa

Just brilliant from start to finish. Communication with Keeley pre holiday was super easy and all information sent over regarding the villa and local area was really useful. We wanted a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun and the villa was perfect for us. Apart from being spacious, everywhere is tastefully designed and loads of handy additions made our stay even more pleasurable. The outdoor space gives plenty of different options to sit, eat, sunbathe with a fabulous garden. Lots to do outside of the villa, loved the nearest port, Calad’Or and Porto Petro for dinner, especially Norai. Also recommend the market at Santanyi on a Wednesday. We loved not having to rush to the supermarket when we arrived as all the the essential items such as milk, water etc were waiting for us as Lynn showed us around. Thanks so much for letting us use this beautiful and well appointed home, we would highly recommend to all.

Amazing

What can I say, this villa is just amazing and can highly recommend. Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a week and loved every minute, a true home from home with everything you could possibly need. We were celebrating big birthdays and Keeley had a bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us to help us celebrate. Brilliant communication with Keeley from start to finish and nothing was a problem. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and gardens beautifully maintained. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the upstairs apartment and this was sorted as soon as Keeley was made aware, engineers on site the next day. Brilliant location, beach and town centre less than 5 minutes from back door. No complaints and can’t wait to go back. Loved it!!

Great time in Cala d’Or

Our stay was extremely comfortable and our holiday went by too fast that we didn’t want to leave… The house has a lovely kitchen, we were quite impressed by that. Unlike other houses, the kitchenware, china and glasses were very well assorted. It had espresso cups, pasta plates, a lot of glasses, not just four or five. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the closets did not smell like wood. Sometimes you find houses where the closets are nice but the wood scent is too strong that you don’t want to put your clothes there. The bathrooms were big with big mirrors with big showers. It took a while for the water to get warm but once you get “acquainted” with the shower it all runs smoothly. It was quite handy to have two entrances. We mostly used the back door and walked to some of the restaurants. We definitely recommend the Casa….. and hope you will have such a nice stay as we did.

Loved our time at Casa Cala Roca

Good location, attractive, well-maintained property, and responsive management are key factors when we rent a vacation home: Casa Cala Roca is top notch for all three. Cala d’Or is a great location for families with activities and amenities to suit everyone. In our case, we had a car and chose to explore the island, including the fantastic views at Cape Formenter, the market in Arta, the Coves del Drac, as well as dozens of beautiful beaches up and down the coast. But we also ate out every night after a walk to either the marina or the popular center of Cala d’Or. We especially loved the great food and service at La Scala overlooking the marina and La Bodega in Cala d’Or. Keeley’s vacation home is comfortable, immaculate, and charmingly decorated and the outdoor spaces are gorgeous. The upstairs apartment was recently renovated and provides a lovely, private space for family members with a nice view of the water. This time, our group was too small to make use of it, but we’re sure to be back with more family! Finally, Keeley is a thoughtful, attentive hostess and extremely responsive, as is Lynn, the property manager. We were sad to leave, but know we’ll be back.

A dream-vacation at Cala d‘Or!

We had very high expectations about the house because of the description and all the glowing reviews from previous guests. And we were not disappointed! Everything was as promised: From the nice and informative contact with Keeley to the friendly welcome by Lynn. Even some groceries were waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening. A great start! The House is so nice that you won‘t have to go out a lot. Cooking with the family and dining in the patio, on the terrace or in the house must have been our favourite part of the day! Another bonus was the beautiful garden and clean pool. Since we had a young family with a one-year-old with us, it was nice that the flat upstairs gave everyone the needed privacy. The beach was so close that our family took a swim there before breakfast almost each day because it was so empty then. Quite another picture in the afternoon when lots of families visit the beach. For restaurants we preferred Porto Petro to Cala d‘Or. We thank the Mann-family very much for sharing there wonderful home with us! All the best! Lena
