Beautiful condo

We had a lovely stay and were offered an upgraded unit at no additional charge except for a small increased cleaning fee. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, Good Experience

Great location and friendly resort staff. The room was exactly as described and the ocean view is better than the pictures show. One criticism would be that the floors could use a good cleaning throughout the room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation

Marena beach resort is perfectly located near grocery stores, pharmacy restaurants etc. Quiet area for families. Pool is too small unfortunately we never went. Room is a little tight for family of 4 though. But you can’t beat ocean views.

The place was absolutely gorgeous stunning beautiful!!!!!!!!! Great view, the water was so teal! Everyone was so absolutely friendly!!! The restaurants around town were phenomenal!! Very heavenly! Can’t wait to visit again soon!! Go Dolphins!

Nice place

Overall the condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The downside was that the elevator nearby was incredibly loud and ran all night long. We could even hear it with our sound machine running.

While the elevator's proximity can sometimes be perceived differently by guests, please note that it is a part of the building's infrastructure over which we have no control. Sunny Isles Beach - Marenas Resort

Everything was exactly as expected. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the staff made everything easy. Perfect location and such an easy process. Any questions I had prior to arrival David was very responsive and helpful which gave us a high level of confidence in our decision. Will definitely rent again from David and / or this unit

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious for me and three guests. Everything was great the only thing I did not love was that the beach chairs were all very close together. That has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Loved it!

I’ve never stayed somewhere where you can walk downstairs to a beach where the staff sets up chairs & umbrellas for you. I think that’s why you pay the extra fee per night. Fully, fully worth it. Fantastic condo, everything clean & cared for. You get noise from the elevator but it’s white noise—calming, actually.

Great balcony

Beautiful condo with a nice balcony.. Right next to the ocean and the condo provides excellent service. Couple of small negatives to be aware of.. 1. Close to the elevators and one can hear the noise in the evening. 2. No self car park. Valet is $35/day. The service is super efficient.

Beautiful ocean view and bay views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen , washer dryer. Clean. 20 minutes from Miami, and everything is within walking distance. Publix, Navarro, cvs, restaurants.. Would stay again. Property manager host excellent . Dr. Lilly

Place was dirty sheets was not clean bathrooms was dirty

I don't recommend it at all. I was over charged for a place that wasn't worth it we left a day earlier do to the fact couldn't enjoy our selfs.
