The condo is in the perfect location and perfect for my little family. It does have some wear and tear, but that doesn’t bother us. The boardwalk, beach access and all the amenities were perfect for us. We could go on our runs and super close to the beach!

The 2 story town house was very nice. We loved the easy access to the beach. The only down side of our stay was that we killed roaches in the kitchen through out our stay so we didn't want to cook there. The AC was not working properly the last 2 days/nights so our nights were very stuffy. So we basically used the house to sleep and we were out all day everyday.

Fantastic beach location

We stayed after our cruise. The place looks exactly as pictured and it was in tidy condition. The valet parking was a bit hectic but didn’t take too long. My only complaint is the townhouse is not elevator accessible. Carrying our luggage up stairs and down stairs kinda sucked. The beach was literally at the patio — big plus!!!

Lovely Townhouse

Lovely Townhouse on the beach. Accommodations were spacious and included alot of amenities. The property where the townhouse is located is sub-par. The pool was cold and surrounding patio and seating needs major upgrading. The hotel portion was outdated and run down.

Location is wonderful! But.....

Jeff was lovely to work with and the transaction was smooth. The townhouse is in a wonderful location. Literally feet from the ocean. The beach was cleaned every morning and wasn’t crowded. The kitchen was stocked with wares so cooking was easy. Just down the boardwalk was a small playground and outdoor gym that we walked to twice a day that was lovely! We did have some friends come visit for a day and parking was $40. Our parking was free and the valet was lovely! We tipped every time we got the car but others didn’t seem to be. We did not eat at the restaurant, but did get a can of Diet Coke for $3 and some of the best pina coladas for $9. The stackable washer and dryer in the unit was amazing and ran a couple loads a day! The townhouse was surface level clean but could use a deep cleaning as some of the vents, light switches, cabinets were incredibly dirty. The futon covers could also be cleaned. The lightsswitches/ plugs were dirty, not working, missing plates, or falling out of the walls. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. There were only 4 beach towels and they had seen very better days and most of the bath towels had stains or bare spots. The bedding for the couches in the living room were covered in white stains and the pillow cases had water stains. The pillows themselves were disintegrating. We ended up buying towels, pillows, and pillow cases. We would stay here again with the understandings that cleaning, purchasing, bringing textiles is needed. The view and location are everything!!!!

A fabulous ocean front beach house for the best of times

A fabulous place that will remain in memory, always dreaming of coming back to. Our high expectations were exceeded and we are so grateful for our stay. The ocean in front together with this well equipped beach house, so tastefully furnished, gave us (a family with 3 teenagers) such a relaxing and fun time. It was a perfect match! We experienced only good service in the building, the parking service included. The restaurant in the building was worth a visit and other restaurants in walking distance and with Publix only a short car trip away made life easy. We give this place our highest recommendations! It made our vacation in Miami/US the best.

Fitter the good. View was awesome, right on beach location was great. Loved the beaches, very few people quite private. Now the bad. Dryer had clothes in it, washer had wet towels, I re-washed. Dishwasher about fell out because it is not secured. Air condition vents both upstairs and down were extremely dirty. Had ants or an ant like bug in the kitchen.

I want to give our stay 5 stars but can’t due to some hiccups. First, please know I understand Miami is known for some things… but having cockroaches in the unit is a major downside. Yes they are small. Yes they are nocturnal. But it makes food prep and storage very difficult. Second, I understand things happen — the remote for the downstairs blinds was not present our entire stay. I reached out and was promised one was ordered and en route. It never arrived and we had to be creative in order to close the patio windows at night. The patio door is hard to use with a broken handle and sand in the track - bring your muscles - but well worth it once open! The access to the beach can’t be beat.Supplied linens are adequate - extra pillows are tucked away so open cabinets and closets if in need (we found them much too late). Water temp is very hot — be careful! And the downstairs AC is definitely not as strong as upstairs… the fans help in the living space to keep the cold air moving in all areas.Overall the building is weird and ran down. The valet is busy! And although a plus (it is included with the rental) - it’s chaotic and time consuming. The code supplied for the pool was not accurate for our stay so please beware - thankfully other guests were friendly and helpful.We enjoyed our time and overcame the hiccups! The washer/dryer in the unit was a godsend after being on a cruise for a week. And the view of the storms at sea were a gift from the beach.

Better than described, honestly

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment! I don’t recall reading that in the listing, but that was awesome. We met a lizard friend that I believe lived under the steps outside. I named her Elizabeth. She was out there every day on the step :) the pictures don’t do it justice.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here for my son’s 15th birthday. This townhouse is exactly as pictured and described. Absolutely beautiful views! The adjacent beach is ideal. Not too crowded, lots of families. The location was great because it’s away from crazy night life but still bustling. Communicating with the hosts was lovely:) definitely be back!

Excellent Proximity to Beach / Ocean

The proximity to the beach and ocean can’t be beat. With coffee in hand, you can walk out of the first floor sliding glass door onto the porch, open the gate, go across the multi-purpose path, and you’re there. We were so pleased that we were that close. We didn’t see any other condos along all of Miami Beach where you could be any closer.

Great Place with Amazing Beach Access

Property is as-pictured. Beautiful view of the ocean. Host was promptly responsive to a minor issue. Valet parking was a breeze and the parking attendants were great. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation.

Easy Beach Access

The beach access was across the walkway and made so easy to go back and forth with my kids. Public playground was .5 miles that is walkable. Night was great to sit on patio.
