The property is located near all the fun and recreational places in Tampa bay, while it offers total privacy and space for a short getaway or a long holiday and/or special event with family and friends.
Clean and modern, the house has a lovely swimming pool, a Gas Grill with Side Burner, a Billiards table, as well as plenty of space for parking and playing, and for those who just love nature. Netflix and Disney + are also available for guests during their stay.
Each room has been finely designed to give you a unique and comfortable stay.
Please be advised that access to the property is through a dirt road, so slow and careful driving is necessary.

We really enjoyed our family time , we traveled from out of state to visit grandkids that live in Zephyrhills. We all enjoyed the pool and taking walks to see the neighbors horses !

Fantastic Villa, loved the peace and quiet. Beautiful location away from the craziness of the cities. Perfectly located for a 40 min drive to Tampa airport and Busch Gardens. Thankyou.

Great Stay

Great place to entertain and host family when we visited. Clean and comfortable, great communications! Would stay again. Note there is no pool table as listed. If you have allergies, asthma or any sensitivity to odors, you should notify before you arrive so they don't spray all the rooms and surfaces to make it smell "nice"- we couldn't breathe until it dissipated the next day.

Overall a wonderful experience. It was secluded and quiet. The house felt comfortable and welcoming. The road leading to the house needs some attention as it is very bumpy.

Enjoyed our stay!

We went up for my Neice’s wedding on Saturday so it was a short trip. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool but the house had everything we needed. Lots of fenced in area for the dogs to run and play. House was very clean and welcoming. Loved the property was out in a rural area. Even had a sweet Christmas tree and lights outside. Great place. Highly recommend to anyone needing to be in the Zephyrhills area. This was close to family and the Wedding venue so it was perfect. Will stay again when we come back. Thank you to the Host for all her help. She is fabulous.

Perfect Event Space/Getaway

1 word describes this place…. PERFECT. There were 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, just as described in the listing. The pool was larger than expected and a big hit! We hosted my best friends wedding shower with about 50 people who attended, it held everyone very well, parking was tight but still everything turned out perfect. The neighbors were sweet enough to even bring us fresh eggs from their chickens! 10/10 recommend for a getaway or an event. Thanks so much Samis for everything. I hope to be returning soon.

Great family oriented home!

All adults and our 1 yr old Cavapoo puppy stayed for 6 days for a family wedding. Very comfortable beds, linens, furniture. Since it was cooler than normal for the time of year, it would have been great if the fireplace was usable, maybe a gas insert? There were no decent cushions for lanai furniture, but when I requested some, they were sent ASAP. We spent most of our time out there by the pool. Gas grill was great as was the firepit. All in all, we had a great stay. We could see where an extra garage fridge would have been nice, as the kitchen fridge was stuffed with food for several adults. The host was open to any and all suggestions and really made us feel welcome and that she took our suggestions under consideration. If you are not a fan of gravel roads, it might not be the place for you, but we didn't mind a bit, except for one night when it had poured rain for hours and one son had to fight to get his Mustang rental through the mud, which was a challenge even for those of us in SUV & truck. Next morning it was passable. Thanks for the memories made during our stay. We will be back!

Family Wedding

We had a family wedding to attend nearby and chose to stay in a Vrbo to keep the group together. This house was an excellent choice! The house is clean, modern and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected. We were able to cook meals to share, do laundry and spread out comfortably at Samia's. The pool and back deck was a huge plus and offered yet another spot to hang out with the family. The only concern is the road approaching the rental, which is not of fault to the owner. Drive slowly and carefully and you will be happy with your choice! Thank you for hosting us!

LOVED our stay here in Zephyrhills! Home was clean, modern, had great amenities! Definitely enjoyed this place and looking forward to our next visit back to FL and will absolutely be keeping this home in mind for that!!
