Welcome to Sunny Shadows, an intimate 17 unit complex located in the desirable South end of beautiful Marco Island.
Enjoy Island Living at its best in this first floor, beautifully appointed 1 BDR/1Bath Condo located an easy 0.4 mile walk to the South Beach Entrance of Marco Island.

This is a quiet neighborhood of comprised of mostly condominium complexes and within easy walking distance to the beach and a favorite Marco Island Restaurant, the Sunset Grille.

For those seeking a quiet and intimate complex in convenient proximity to the beach with ease of access, look no further than Sunny Shadows.

Step into this wonderful ground-floor unit and you will immediately appreciate the coastal decor, tasteful furnishings, and the spectacular pool and water views.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, spacious closet and in the updated bathroom you will find a shower/tub combination.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary to enjoy dining at home in Paradise. Community grills are also available and located for your use in the pool area.

The dining and living area enjoy beautiful water views and are bathed in natural light or you can simply lower the custom blinds for total privacy.

Another wonderful feature of this unit is that it is equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience.

In addition, the wonderful community amenities at Sunny Shadows include off-street parking, screened community room, community bathrooms, BBQ, heated pool, storage locker and elevator.

We loved our condo at Sunny Shadow’s! This 1 bedroom 1 bathrooms is perfect for a couple! The unit is ground floor and opens right up to the beautiful heated outdoor pool! This location is also within walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. The property managers Allison and Race made our stay amazing, they would answer any questions within five minutes! We can’t wait to return to this wonderful condo! Another perk is it’s a small complex, only 17 units! Never crowded and we made wonderful friends!
