Njut av den vackra utsikten över Collier Bay och floden Marco från balkongen och förmodligen den bästa bryggsidafisket på ön. Sitt på balkongen och tvätta delfiner simma förbi! Vår nyligen renoverade 1/1 lägenhet är en andra våningen hörn enhet belägen på The Pavilion Club. King size-säng i sovrummet samt en queen-size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Dessa lägenheter sover 4 bekvämt. Nya golv och möbler och sängkläder i hela. Köket är fullt utrustat med 12 kopp kaffe kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, elektrisk burköppnare, grytor, kokkärl, tallrikar, bagerier etc. ... Njut av utsikten över floden Marco och ta en solnedgång eller några strålar från det vackra poolområdet. Kolgrill finns också på plats.

Vår moderna lägenhet erbjuder en ny 65 "smart-tv i vardagsrummet med blå tand ljud bar och 50" tv i sovrummet. Båda har kabel och internet. Du kan logga in på dina egna net-flix eller liknande konton för att titta på dina favoritfilmer.

Enheten har en ny effektiv A / C-enhet och Nest-termostat. Nyckellös ytterdörr. Helt nya rostfria apparater samt ledbelysning. Badrummet är också nyrenoverad med ny bänkskiva i granit, ramfritt glas duschdörr med stengolv samt en ny toalett. Säkerhetsstänger installerade i duschen.

Fastigheten har föreningsbryggor om du väljer att ta med en båt. Bryggorna erbjuder några av de bästa fiskarna på ön samt snabb direkt tillgång till Mexikanska golfen. Dockage avgifter är baserade på båtens längd. Dagskursen är 1. 50 per fot, veckopriset är 7. 50 per fot och månadskursen är 15. 00 per fot. (Priser kan ändras, fråga gärna om du tar med en båt)

Området är känt som Olde Marco och ligger på gångavstånd till det berömda Snook Inn, Old Marco Inn och butiker samt många andra restauranger. Tvättmöjligheter finns på plats nedervåningen.

Lovely property! Smaller complex with a great view of boats, dolphins and fish floating by. Very clean and well outfitted. We would stay here over and over.

Great place to stay

The condo is large, bright and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay on Marco Island. We enjoyed being right on the waterway and watching the wildlife, boats and people fishing from our balcony.

Perfect place to get away!

Kathy was a wonderful host and the condo was just perfect! Adorably decorated and nicely updated, it was the perfect place for a few days in the sunshine. Walking distance to shops and dining, this was a great way to see old Marco Island.

Amazing Marco Island stay

This was the perfect stay for our vacation. Quiet and relaxing, but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just a short drive to the beach. Loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and saw dolphins every day! The pool was great also. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent accommodations

Kathy’s place was in a great location. The condo was very clean and included everything we would need for our stay. We appreciated the extras of tea, coffee and creamer especially after a long travel day. Restaurants are within walking distance beaches not a far drive. The pool is very nice and well maintained.

Second visit and it was perfect!

This was the second time we came to this condo and we loved every second of it! It’s clean, nicely decorated and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is a lot of wildlife to see from there; dolphins, birds and manetees. We hope to come back next year!

Loved everything about this property!

Great location, beautiful view, incredibly clean, great fishing! This property exceeded expectations. It was cozy, yet open and airy with plenty of room. The decor is modern and soothing. View from the balcony is amazing...we saw dolphins, manatee and caught lots of fish! Friendly neighbors, too. Looking forward to visiting again!

The Magic of Marco Island

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, smelled nice, and equipped with everything we thought we'd need. Kathy's hospitality and communication have us planning our next trip back to her condo. The condo is right on the water with a beautiful pool and vibrant sea life (fish and dolphins!) A great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and private vacation.

Great location, clean condo

We loved our stay in the condo. The view on the balcony is amazing and we saw dolphins everyday. Loved watching the boat traffic too. The space is peaceful and perfect for a couple or small family. We appreciated all the amenities of the condo from the pool, beach chairs to the extra toiletries There is a garbage truck that comes very early in the morning and will wake you with the slamming of the dumpster, but other than that a perfect stay.

Waterfront excellence

Clean, quiet, large kitchen area and large shower. King size bed was very comfy. Sitting on the balcony with a drink and watching the boats go by was awesome, but having your own rental at the dock down below is priceless. Walk right out and go boating on demand.

Top notch

Everything was top notch. Condo was very clean & decorated very nicely. Everything you could ever want. Walking distance to restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Docks were there to fish from but red tide made fishing not so good. Neighbors were very friendly. Everything was excellent.
