NEWLY LISTED! Enjoy a true Stonington retreat! Breathtaking views from every window abounds in this bright and spacious 3,600 sq ft home nestled on 3.3 acres surrounded by woods and nature. This contemporary home has been tastefully updated with an open layout ideal for family get-togethers. Amenities include 2 outdoor decks, pool table, game room with poker and shuffleboard. This secluded retreat is ideally located and is a 7 min drive to downtown Stonington or a 12 min drive to Mystic.
As you enter the main level, you'll see an impressive vaulted ceiling over a newly felted full size pool table. The game room off the living room has a poker table and shuffleboard table as well as several board games for the family to enjoy. The open concept living room can seat 8 in front of the 70" TV and 4 at the kitchen bar while the dinning table seats 10 comfortably. The 2 bedrooms on main level are furnished a full bed and a twin bed that has an additional pull out bed.
On the second level, you'll find a master bedroom the size of a small apartment with a king bed, 2 desks and a sitting area with a convertible couch. The master bedroom has over 10 windows and 2 skylights allowing you to soak in the views whether you are relaxing or catching up on some emails. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and also writing desk. To finish off the second level is a loft which overlooks the great hall with an extra day bed that can be used for larger groups.
Outside, you'll find a generous outdoor deck and gazebo for bbq dinners or just to envoy the beautiful New England evening colors. The outdoor table with a center fire pit seats 6 and the small deck off the great hall is intimate space to relax and enjoy the view. To enter the property, you'll come down a private gravel road to a private gravel driveway.
