Escape to the Island oasis that is the Florida Keys in this recently remodeled 3/3 beach cottage that features a bonus living area with an additional sofa bed for larger families. Light and bright with views of the water, this is the perfect spot to get away with family and friends for some rest and relaxation.
Enjoy a family dinner in the lovingly updated kitchen with a large island, dine al fresco in a separate outdoor dining/grill area or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset from the expanded wrap around porch...the options are endless.
Conveniently located at the entrance to the Florida Keys, you will have the option to take in all of the water activities the Keys has to offer such as boating, parasailing, snorkeling or fishing; while still being only 45 minutes from Miami where premium shopping and bustling city/nightlife awaits.
We are only one mile away from John Pennekamp State Park which offers swimming, scuba diving and kayaking to name a few. Ocean Divers is also nearby and they offer fishing charters, swimming with the Dolphins and the world famous African Queen boat ride.
The property is fully fenced, with plenty of parking for several vehicles or boat/trailer and direct access to the Florida Bay.
