Slappna av och känna lugnet som denna luftiga 3000 kvm. Ft. Bergs privata hem har att erbjuda. Beläget i södra delen av Rincon, har denna varma och inbjudande villa en spektakulär utsikt för 360 grader över Karibiska havet. I öster ligger en fortsättning på den lilla tropiska bergskedja som vår villa är bosatt, och i väster ligger Karibiska havet, med Desecheo Island i klar sikt.

Stå på två nivåer av stora balkonger och 1500 kvm. Ft. Av verandor och ta in doften av den rena bergsluften medan du lyssnar på kvitter av Coqui grodor eller ljudet av regn slå banan löv. Se solen gå upp över bergen på morgonen, koppla av i solen på vår öppna veranda under dagen, titta på solnedgången över havet på kvällen och titta upp för att se den mest magnifika utsikt över natthimlen som Rincon har att erbjuda.

De viktigaste våningen i huset är rymliga och blåsig. Öppna fönstren och låt passadvindarna försiktigt sveper igenom. Havet kan ses från vardagsrummet, matsal, kök. WiFi internet service och en 52 "platt-tv i vardagsrummet. Badrum och sovrum med dubbelsäng är också belägna på denna våning. Gå ner den vackert smyckade trapporna till bottenvåningen där två sovrum sviter, alla med dubbelsängar och egna schäslonger (enkelsängar), uppehålla sig. De sängar är på en inläggningar plattformen så att gästen kan se havet medan vila i sängen genom franska dörrar. Badrum, med en vy i dusch är också på denna våning. Veranda är tillgänglig från båda sovrummen.

Vår villa är en 5 minuters bilresa till stränder, restauranger och barer, och ligger i en säker omgivning. I närheten av flygplatser och större städer är Aquadilla (30 minuter), Mayaguez (20 minuter) Ponce (1 timme) och San Juan (2 timmar). Staden Mayaguez och allt den har att erbjuda ligger i närheten. Surfing och snorkling stränder är en 10 minuters bilresa bort. Utmärkt mobiltelefon mottagning.

Fabulous Find for Friends to relax

We had such a nice time sitting on the deck watching the afternoon rain, and then relaxing in the jacuzzi. Everything you could need to cook and relax during your visit.

Highly recommend family vacation!

AGREE.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can’t stop bragging about how wonderful time we had at this Amazing property, specious, tastefully decorated and it’s one of our favorite family vacation rentals by far. My husband, 2 adults daughters and I had an amazing experience staying in here with spectacular view of sea, watching sunset from the balcony, sounds of nature in the morning, our favorite time..The kitchen well stocked with every we needed. The rides up the hill add to the fun you will have at this beautiful house.The owner one of the best host we have met, was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for accommodating our early check in and late check out and appreciate your friendship Maria! And Popo is so sweet, brought lots of goodies for us. Beautiful Getawayw

This property was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing. We had wonderful time relaxing out on the patio and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We were about 5-10 minutes from some local restaurants and around 20 minutes from the beaches.

Fabulous!!!

Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

The villa is perfect in every expext. Beautiful view, spacious, cozy. Popo is so sweet. He even brought us bread and fruits for breakfast saving a trip to drive down the windy road to find a market.

Palace on the Hill

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

SPECTACULAR HOUSE AND VIEWS

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

Amazing house with the best views and close to town.

The house is amazing; the pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing, even better than the photos suggest. We thouroughly enjoyed our time on the mountain and only wish that we had stayed longer. Maria was an excellent host with fabulous taste in decorations and art throughout the house. We hope to return later in the year.

Fantastic View/Location!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

The house is amazing!!

It has a spectacular view and is in a quiet place. Super equipped, it has everything you need to spend a good time with family, friends or whoever you want to go with. The host is super attentive, always on the lookout and responding to messages at all times. I recommend it 100%. I will definitely be back.

The house and property are beautiful, and the view is amazing. Short drive to the town and beach. Highly recommended. One note: those unfamiliar or uncomfortable with "mountain driving" may be put off by the narrow road, inclines, and hairpin turns. We did find a slightly longer route to/from town that allowed us to avoid the sharpest turn.

Rincon Mountain View Villa

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

We will be back!

The ride up to the property, like all drives in the hills of Puerto Rico, could be a little tricky – but once you knew where you were going it was no big deal. The house was as advertised, the outdoor space especially was fantastic. The Hot Tub for cool plunges during the day or warm relaxing during the evening was perfect, and of course, the views – the unbelievable panoramic views of Rincon, and the ocean all the way from the north side Sandy Beach area down to Stella. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent a month, so we used the kitchen, grill and laundry many times. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions as was Popo who brought us delicious bananas. Just sitting on the veranda watching the hawks, doves and other birds swoop around was a joy. You also get an occasional visit from a chicken, lizard or coqui, which kept our little dog very entertained. We will certainly be back, we already miss it.

Rincón with a view

The mountain top house had a great view with a nice jacuzzi in the terrace. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during our stay so the upper level of the house was hot. The ac unit in the master bedroom was outdated and did not cool the room enough. There is no ac unit in the living room. Fans were provided, but was still not able to keep the house cool upstairs. Home owner was made aware, but they did not check in on us again to make sure we were comfortable. The house was also in need of a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, floor, and outdoor furniture. Overall the home was good and had a nice view, but has room for improvement.

We Love Rincon!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The listing is accurate, communication with the owner is excellent, it was the most well-equipped and supplied home we have stayed in in Puerto Rico. It is nicely decorated with a much higher quality of construction than usual as well. Quieter than some homes, the roosters are a little farther away. Close to town and beaches with a fun drive to get to it that is part of the adventure. The google pin supplied led us right to the house, HOWEVER, I would recommend calling to meet the caretaker Popo in town and have him lead you if your first visit is in the dark. After that it's not a problem. This was our 8th trip to P.R., 4th to Rincon, we would definitely rent this place again. We usually stay on the ocean, this was a nice change of pace! Two levels, great decks and porches, there is a door between the two downstairs bedrooms but you have to walk through one to get to the other. No problem, just put the late sleepers in the farther room.

The Best Mountain House with Ocean View

The house is beautiful!!! The view is SPECTACULAR! Mountains and ocean..... The groundskeeper Popo was so lovely and accommodating to meet us earlier than our scheduled check -in. Maria, the owner of the property was the greatest. She was kind and thoughtful and wanted to make certain that we didn't go without. Although we didn't need much of anything (considering the house was so well stocked for a vacationers happiness) she wanted us to know that she was just one phone call away away. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen item needed if you want to make a meal., make coffee. Just bring the food. The area felt very safe, the music of the Puerto Rican frog (Coqui) was the best to fall asleep to. Then wake up to the sounds of the roosters in the far distant, and have coffee on the the massive balcony. Later take a dive in the Jacuzzi. Thanks Maria for sharing your a glorious house. You are a new friend.

Beautiful house and view!

The owner Maria and property manager were very attentive to your needs and I am very pleased with them! The house is beautiful and is well equipped with everything you need! The view is phenomenal and the best part of the house is the terrace! We spent most of our time out there! The only negative thing was that the drive up and down the mountain was longer than 5 min for us it was more like 20 min. We were always on the go so we would be making that drive several times a day and it got old. Also the only place the wifi worked was in the master suite and in the living room if the master suite's door was open. (That is were the router is located). 5 ppl were sleeping downstairs and none of us were able to use our tablets which was a major bummer. We contacted Maria and she said she contacted the cable company and they said nothing was wrong with the service however the problem was never fixed. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace and tranquility. The feeling I got sitting outside looking over into the wildlife and beach sitting on top of a mountain as I sipped my coffee was priceless.

If I could give more than five stars, I would

My wife, adult children and their significant others spent 6 wonderful nights at this lovely property. The house is magnificent and beautifully maintained. We didn't spend the first night eating off the floors, but we absolutely could have. The home has an incredible view for perfect sunsets. We saw whales from the beautiful deck! There is a nice hot tub that the "kids" loved. There are lots of well-maintained lounge chairs from which to enjoy the outdoors. They also have a very nice outside dining table that sits a lot and has a ceiling fan. The home is about a 15 minute drive from town, depending on who is driving. We did not want to be in town with the partying and noise and all that goes with it. This property is absolutely perfect for those that want to go to the beach, or west PR's many beautiful attractions but also want a quiet night's sleep. There are simply too many nice touches to list here. Everything from coolers and beach chairs to lots of towels and so much more. Not only was this easily the most value I got for my money in Puerto Rico but a bunch, but I cannot think of ever getting more for my money anywhere in my many years on this planet. This may be a little self-defeating in that we will be back, but if the owner is leaving a lot of money on the table. There are no two nicer people on the planet than the owner and the property manager. The kindness they showed will not be forgotten. They treated me like family. Stay here!!!

Nice house, misleading description. Not ideal for couples.

The house is very cute - very well decorated and a gorgeous view from the many balconies and windows. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dinnerware, and there was a good supply of bath towels. However, we felt the listing description of the home was a bit misleading about the location and the bedroom layout. The location shown in the listing is significantly different from the actual address, and the drive up the mountainside is fairly treacherous - extremely narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep drop offs. We came in after dark the first night, and it was extremely difficult navigating the way up. The bedroom layout was also disappointing. The master is not the room shown in the listing - it's just a bedroom on the street side of the main level with no view or balcony. The actual photos in the listing are of a second story Villa which is blocked off for renter access. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level, and do not have a door between them; and the only way to access the far bedroom was to walk through the first bedroom. This would perhaps be okay for families, but was not ideal for couples as there was no privacy. Ultimately it was a nice house and the owner was very responsive, but we would not have booked it for our group of three couples had it been accurately described.
