Nestled on the quiet shores of Upper Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, this modern 3 story lake home is a 4-season retreat. The privacy and relaxing atmosphere is a tranquil find for families and friends.

The house sits on about 140 feet of lakeshore. This lake is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, floating, skiing, paddle boards, canoeing and kayaks, and has a variety of fish: pan fish, bass, walleye and pike.

Your home is located about 3 miles from the St. Croix Casino, with open sports betting, smoke free lounge, poker room, craps, table games etc. Within those 3 miles is also a bowling alley (full menu-great food) and modern conveniences. The casino also has great food, steaks & seafood. There will be a list of names of local restaurants in the welcome book.
The property has 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the second and third floors. The top floor has a private deck with incredible views. The 2nd floor has a foosball table, and 180 degree breathtaking views of the lake as well as the full bath with laundry. On the main floor we have a sleeper sofa. Full bath is on the 2nd floor, and 1/2 bath on main.
There is a patio with seating for 6 or more on the rooftop of garage. Calming views of the lake from here!! A fire pit along the lakeshore with ample firewood is ready for your enjoyment.
This property has access to 16+ miles of trails for hiking, running, snowmobiles, atv's or utv's. This is a great property for kids, as the water is shallow here, about 3.5 feet off the end of the dock. You have privacy but access to convenience. Perfect getaway for couples or families. This home is pet free/smoke free.

Originally from Duluth, MN, we have travelled the country for our career growth. We finally settled in Western Wisconsin with our three kids. Having a lakehome has always been our dream, and a year after making it happen, we decided to share that experience with others.

Proximity to entertainment, Turtle Lake is amazing, and our primary home is nearby, (about 60 minutes away).

One of the oldest original properties on the lake, the home was originally built by a well-known home builder in the area for private family use. the foundation is just eight feet from the shoreline. Originally a small cottage, the previously existing foundation allowed for only a 400 sq foot footprint, so this property was built vertically with each window and view angled to optimize the lakefront beauty. Each of the three stories provide breathtaking views of the lakefront, making this property the perfect location for families to enjoy lakefront luxury together!
