Built in 2022, this new lake home is perfect for every season. It is a townhome attached only at the garage with no shared walls. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house on beautiful Beaver Dam Lake is perfect to enjoy fishing, water sports, boating, trail/ATV riding, star gazing, fall colors, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and more. There is a private PICKLEBALL court on the property! New for 2023 we have an 18 foot, 9 passenger pontoon boat available to rent!

The beautifully appointed home includes an eat-in kitchen, gas fireplace, cozy living and dining area, rec/game room, walkout private deck with space for dining or lounging, separate fenced yard, private dock, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The lake view is stunning from the living area which has vaulted wood ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. We also have an 18 ft / 9 person pontoon boat available to rent at additional cost.

The master bed/bath with TV is on the main floor. There is another full bath with shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower upstairs.

The rec/game room is perfect for adults and kids with games (air hockey, darts, mini basketball shoot, and roller ball), TV, and lounging space.

It's only a 5 minute walk to charming downtown Cumberland which has many restaurants and shops. Fish or launch included canoe/kayaks/paddle boat from the property's dock or bring your own boat and launch it right next door at the public boat landing. There is a paddleboat, kayaks, and canoe to use. The lot is level to the water and dock. Enjoy the fire pit in comfy Adirondack chairs near the shore. There is a Weber gas grill on the outdoor patio.

This rental is dog friendly, and we allow two dogs per rental, up to 50 lbs. each

We prefer 7 day rentals from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend but contact us with your needs. Also, ask us about 2 person reduced rental rates during non-peak seasons. We can be flexible so please ask what you need.

Owners are local, so any issues will be resolved quickly. Contact the owner via this VRBO app if interested in renting the pontoon boat.

Surveillance Notice: We have a Ring security doorbell/camera with video and audio aimed at the driveway. It is near the trash cans.

Great property!

We chose Cumberland for our annual Girls weekend and decided this was the perfect house - we were right! The house was clean, spacious - garage game room and firepit made for a fun Friday night staying in. The house has everything you can think of or may need - we were impressed by that

Wonderful stay in the lake

We spent a long weekend on the lake over Labor Day weekend. There was plenty of space for 3 adult couples to stay. We absolutely loved how organized everything was and were so thrilled to find the house so well appointed. We rented their pontoon for three days as well and we're not disappointed! We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Very pleasant

2 1/2 weeks of precious memories with sons and grandkids! Accommodations VERY pleasant and sufficient…well stocked and much to entertain all ages, 13 to 81. The hosts always available and helpful and congenial. Loved it!!!!

The BEST Hosts

I have used VRBO many times and this is by far the best hosts I have encountered. I do not typically write reviews, however I felt these hosts deserved a review. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, leaving any possible things we might need during our stay (ice, hygiene products, phone chargers, dog bowls and towels, even a speaker). I have experienced hosts that don't even leave toilet paper or paper towels, these hosts truly went above and beyond. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. We used the pontoon and had a great time. The game room was super fun for our family, especially the kids. It was located walking distance from the town which was nice. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The fence was really nice to have since we had our dog along. There were no complaints with our stay, we would definitely book again and had a great experience.

restful spot

We had to be in Cumberland for a memorial service, so having such a wonderful place to come back to helped everyone out tremendously. Check in was easy, once we figured out the right code, but the owners were right on with responding to us. The house is as advertised and was clean and well appointed with anything that you could need. The view was excellent and again was very restful. I just wish the weather was warmer so we could have tried out some of the fun water stuff. Thanks to the owners for having such a wonderful spot, that did help to make a difficult time easier.

Game Night Weekend with Friends

This house was perfect for a group of friends and our pup to relax and enjoy a couple nights of board and card games. Having the fenced yard for the pup made it easy to get her outdoors. The eating counter, the corner nook table, and the living area with fireplace allowed us to gather in a variety of places. The "coffee" area was such a bonus so others could be in the kitchen. We walked to town one day to grab a bite to eat. The three bathrooms have the sinks outside the shower/toilet area giving everyone privacy. Nancy and Phil have thought of everything including USB ports on all beds! We will be back this summer to enjoy the lake!! Thank you for a great stay in your beautiful Lake Daze home

Private Setting

Even though it wasn’t apparent from photos that this was a side by side Rental - our stay was quiet and private with good WIFI Property was new and well layed out with a game space at the attached garage- I imagine a family would enjoy this vacation property with its large lot to one side and shoreline access to the lake Would definitely recommend it

Bright & cheerful!

We loved our stay at Lake Daze! The home is just as beautiful as in the photos. Everything is decorated beautifully. The space is clean and fresh with everything we could need available. There was plenty of space for our family. Everyone loved the game room, playing the board games and just relaxing looking at the lake.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay here! This house is super clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners thought of every detail to ensure a stress-free, easy stay (very impressive!). Owners were very responsive to questions. Our pup enjoyed the fenced-in yard, and just being made to feel welcome there. We enjoyed the TV options, games, game room and speedy internet. The location felt safe, and we were able to visit various businesses in town, as well as nearby towns--all of which were easy to get to, friendly and fun!

Sure beats a hotel

In town on a business trip with my wife and dogs. Very comfortable well appointed new home, but a little odd location with a large factory a few doors down the street. Nice fenced in yard for our dogs and gorgeous sunrise views over the lake. The garage is an entertainment room where we had a great time unwinding playing air hockey and skee ball.

Cumberland Lake Daze

We came in town for a wedding and stayed here at Lake Daze. So happy we found this gem! Phil and Nancy were such wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions/recommendations we had. This home is very well kept and extremely clean. They thought of everything to provide and entertain their guests! The view of the lake is gorgeous. The weather didn’t cooperate, so we weren’t able to enjoy the boating / kayak available,but plan to our next trip to Lake Daze in Cumberland! I would highly recommend this beautiful VRBO!

Wonderful Trip

The house was clean, cute and perfectly located. We watched a Bald Eagle catch lunch on the lake, enjoyed the game room, walked to town for lunch and a coffee. The hosts where helpful and quick to respond!

Fantastic Lake Getaway!

My family had such an amazing stay at Lake Daze in Cumberland WI. My group included my sister/brother-in-law and their 3 kids ages 2-7, and my mom and dad. We loved having three separate sleeping spaces, and the kids loved the bunk room! The game room was especially fun, and both of my nieces loved beating grandpa at air hockey. We rented the pontoon for two days and loved getting out in the water. My mom LOVES bald eagles, and we were lucky enough to have over 20 sightings over the weekend. My two nieces and nephew loved swimming off of the pontoon. We also went out fishing and my 5 year old niece caught her first fish. Being on the pontoon was the highlight of our vacation! This house is a short drive (or walk) to downtown area, as well as a short drive to a sandy beach/playground. The house is great, and offers many amenities. I would highly recommend this location for your family getaway!

60th birthday party

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating Grandpa’s 60th birthday. We spent the day on the water, had bonfires, and grilled on the patio. The house, property, views, and hosts were top notch. Great place to kick back and relax. Highly recommended this property.

Phil and Nancy have been enjoying Beaver Dam Lake and Cumberland for 30 years. Now it is their permanent place to call home and Lake Daze Rental is an opportunity for others to enjoy this beautiful location.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is near our summer cabin and nearby Phil's original home as a child. The location was purchased with the goal of building a rental property. The lot has a unique history as the location of a box factory in the early to mid-1900s. Packing for fruit and ultimately WWII equipment was made in the prior factory.

This spot is next to a boat landing for ease of launch of your boat. The lake in front of the home is the best spot for 'early ice' fishing as it freezes first on the lake. Snowmobiles and ATVs will find it easy to come and go from the lake to nearby trails. We have plenty of room for your trailers if needed once you unload your toys. There is a private PICKLEBALL court in the driveway. We have an 18 ft / 9 person pontoon available to rent on a per day basis. The home is within a short walking distance to town, to enjoy dining out, shopping, and exploring.
