Welcome to this recently built and renovated townhome located centrally in Yuma, Arizona. At almost 1200 square feet, you’ll experience a three bedroom/two bathroom home with an open-concept living space to enjoy your get-away gatherings. This home is located a couple miles from Interstate-8, which provides easy access to get to your ventures whether you plan on visiting the Colorado River or in town for work at the Yuma Regional Medical Center.

NJCAA Softball Stay

Jessica is a great host, she answered all of our questions and fixed any problem that we had. Enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived in Yuma. Host was accommodating in letting us check in early. House was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and AC worked great. Had trouble with the TV during our stay, but Jessica was quick to reply and brought over a brand new TV for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this property as it was a home away from home during our time in Yuma.

Very nice home. Very clean. A lot of thing to make food if you plan to make meals during the stay. Owner was very communicative.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen so making dinner was a breeze. The house worked very well for two of us using two bedrooms. We did not max out the bedroom space by any means!! Washing machine and dryer in the house would be helpful for longer stays.

Nice House in Yuma

Cute 3/2 duplex in Yuma. Easy check-in, comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed, and so convenient to friends in Yuma. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was an excellent choice for us. Access to the area and the unit was great. The neighborhood always felt safe. The unit was clean and well presented on our arrival. There were no surprises-the unit was just as listed. We will try to rebook here the next time we are in Yuma

My wife and I stayed at this location for most of February. Everything was just perfect we had a wonderful stay I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone. We both work remotely the Internet worked flawlessly. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive overall very positive visit!

Nice to come "home" to

We enjoyed coming "home" at the end of each day of our stay in Yuma. It was roomy, had very comfy beds, and the owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again. Concerns: 1) Because this is in a new development, neither our car's GPS nor Google Maps gave us accurate directions to the house. (One told us to take a road that hasn't been built yet; the other couldn't even find the street.) Look it up on Google Maps then use your own good sense to figure out the route. It's actually quite easy to get to, once you figure it out. 2) Construction is starting on a new housing development right behind the house. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but be aware that the equipment started up at 7 a.m. and it kicked up quite a bit of dust. 3) That construction dust was much in evidence on the floors of the house... but the owner was great about being willing to take care of that problem right away once we identified it. We appreciated her quick and helpful response.

Great house out of town

This is a very nice, comfortable house and the host is wonderful to work with. It’s a bit outside of Yuma but if you don’t mind driving 15-20 min into town it is a great place
