Surfside Beach. Cute & Cozy townhome 4 mins from the ocean !

Welcome to “Little Blue” our 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome just 4 minutes (driving) from beautiful family friendly Surfside Beach. Our home provides plenty of room for a family of 6. There is an outdoor deck off the master, a screened in patio and grill in the back yard. Just minutes away from a host of restaurants and stores, not to mention 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach airport and Broadway at the beach.

This townhome is 2 levels with both bedrooms and master bath upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchen, living/dining room and half bath. With a screen in porch just outside.

House comes with all needed cooking utensils and pans. There are 2 smart tv’s in home, cable service not provided. TV's are located in the living room & master bedroom. *Please remember to log out of any streaming service.
Grill located in backyard. Charcoal/lighter fluid Not provided. Guest responsible for cleaning grill prior to using.

Guest agree to the following upon booking:
1. Due to local rules/guidelines or HOA. Must be 25 years old to book and able to send photo ID for verification and provide the same ID at check in.
2. Person who booked must be present at check in.
3. Only guest listed at time of booking our allowed on property.
4. Will need to provide car make/model and tag number for parking permissions. If it's a rental car you can provide info the day of check in, prior to arrival.
5. No smoking inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony with the doors closed or in the screened in porch with the doors closed. Any smell of smoke inside the property will result in a cleaning fee of a minimum of $100.
6. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down.
7. We will provide one bath towel per guest, do not take towels to the beach. Please bring your own beach towel.
8. Please do not feed Ducks.
9. Early check in or late check out requires approval prior to check in/out.
Check in time is 4pm check out time is at 11:00am.
Failure to check out on time will result in a $50 fee up to 1 hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional day. However this does not grant you access for the remainder of that day due to other bookings.
10. Guest can not sublease property.
11. You may not book this property for someone else including children, friends, relatives etc.
*Please note that we have strict guidelines for unapproved guest/occupants. Any violation and your stay may be terminated early.
*There is an automatic exterior camera on home that monitors parking spaces and entrance.
