Cozy home with water views and sunrise views, a block and a half away from the beach. Central air-conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen. Large deck with outside dining table with chairs, lounge chairs, and a propane grill. Work while sitting in the sun! Three 55" Samsung TVs and fast WiFi. Eight beach badges are also provided for your use during your stay.

Dogs may be considered by the owner. Please include any information about your pet in your inquiry. The yard is fully fenced in to allow your pets to roam freely.

This location is an easy, short walk to the beach & bay. It is less than a mile to the center of town, dining and shopping. A short trip over the Bridge to Atlantic City Casino's and shows.

Excellent Stay

Cannot recommend this property enough! It’s clean, well kept, and has everything you could possibly need! The owner of this house has truly thought of everything. Great location!! Everything was perfect for our family stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Fabulous weekend getaway

My husband, myself and my in-laws were looking for a quick getaway with our dogs. This place was perfect!! Super clean and cozy. Close to the beach. And stocked with everything you would need. The owner was very responsive. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed everything from start to finish and will be booking again. If you are considering this house, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay in Brigantine.

My husband, myself, and my two pups thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Brigantine. The location was perfect, the view of the water out front was awesome, and the fenced in backyard with a beautiful deck was amazing. Everything we needed to jump right into the vacation was available at the house. We stayed for six nights and will definitely be looking to book this location again. A big thank you to our great hosts.

Peacefull getaway...

The house is in a quiet and peaceful location yet close enough to enjoy local events and activities. The fenced in yard was perfect for a fur baby. The communication from the host and house manager was timely and professional. The house was welcoming and felt like a home away from home but with way better views.

Great location and views!

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. The home was as described. Beautiful views and walking distance to the beach. House was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs, coolers and bikes. Elise was very responsive.

Fabulous cottage, great location

Very clean and had everything you need for a great stay.You feel at home as soon as you arrive. Loved the view of the bay and proximity to the beach, including the dog beach which we visited daily. Elise had all of the things you need at the beach so you don’t have to pack that stuff. This is our first year staying in Brig so I don’t have a comparison, but I loved being on the north end of the island. It’s very quiet and peaceful. There’s a great little cafe a block away-otherwise the nearest Wawa is a 5 min drive. Elise, our host, is lovely and checked in on us. Overall this is one of the best rentals I’ve ever used and it’s the best pet friendly one.

Great Week

We really enjoyed our week at Elise’s house. The house is very well equipped and close to the beach with a nice water view from the front porch and back deck. It was nice having the fenced in backyard so we didn’t have to worry about the dog. Highly recommended.

Great location

Charming, well equipped beach block rental. Short walk to the beach in the more quiet north end of Brigantine. We stayed off season but it also has an excellent deck that would be great for the summer. Beds were also very comfortable. Pet friendly as well which is a plus us. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property, beautiful views! The house in yard are beautifully clean and very comfortable. Elise was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were close to the beach the stores, and of course Atlantic City and the casinos or together a wonderful stay and our furry friends enjoyed the beautiful, fully fenced in yard and lovely deck. There is some thing for everyone as the house is equipped with bicycles and beach chairs and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped as well. Awesome property. If we are able to come back, we will rent next year.

Disappointing

While the house had great potential, we cannot provide a positive review. The view from the front porch was obscured by abandoned construction equipment including a backhoe, construction debris, garbage dumpster, and a port-a-potty. Additionally, beach access was closed due to dredging. There was significant leaking from the air conditioning on the top floor into the master bedroom. The owner was initially responsive to the situation, but the temporary repair was ineffective.

Beautiful home

This home was wonderful for our family vacation. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals and the beautiful deck was perfect for dining and dog sunbathing. Elise and her manager Chris were always available and great with answering questions or giving suggestions for around the island. We had the best family vacation!

Perfect for the whole family

We have rented a number of homes in Brigantine and this is by far our favorite! Lovely and tasteful with everything you need, very thoughtful amenities. It was so nice that we didn't even mind taking a break from the beach mid day, and grandparents could enjoy the.porch and deck. We like the quiet north end and it's very convenient to the dog beach. Looking forward to next year!

Very nice home!!

This home was very nice. It had mostly everything you would need. The place was very clean. And that’s huge for me. The location was great. The only down fall was those nasty green headed horse flies. They were unbearable. We were unable to enjoy the outside front porch nor the back deck because of them. We were bitten even with bug spray. Not sure what the best time of year to stay at this rental. The rental is very nice.

Amazing!!

This beautifully and meticulously maintained home is tucked away on a quiet street with the most amazing view. My husband and I spent many hours on the front porch being spoiled by the beautiful bay views. Being bird watchers, this was right up our alley. The inside was open, bright and well supplied with everything you could need. The kitchen is well supplied with high quality accessories. The back deck and fenced in yard as well as the private upstairs was perfect for the three teen aged girls we brought. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. My husband and I walked to the sea wall to drink our coffee in the mornings. We LOVED this house and the owner was so attentive and quick to reply. Definitely would recommend and definitely would love to stay here again.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay in Brigantine was wonderful, made even better at this beautiful and accommodating home. So much attention to detail, we had everything we needed to be relaxed and comfortable. The Bay views from the porch are exceptional, with a sunrise every morning. The beach is a short walk from the house. The back deck is spacious, with a table that accommodates 10-12 people. Everything at the house seems brand new and Elise is a highly responsive and welcoming host. We can’t wait to return.
