Great Location

Unit is located in an excellent location very walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown. Quiet neighborhood with great blooming trees in late April. Has most necessary kitchen items and well stocked for coffee. Appliances work great and are modern. Nice area to eat outside. Cleanliness of tub jets, master carpet, and outdoor dining surface could be improved. Unit otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location & host

We stayed for 5 days and it has been great! We were able to check in early and check out late, which worked with out flight schedule.

Convenient location

Arrived at about 5:30pm and discovered that the condo hadn’t been cleaned from the last occupant . Called VRBO for assistance, and they would contact the owner . I also attempted to contact owner as well . After several calls, and an hour, we made contact. Owner did come by and clean unit(much appreciated ). My young grandkids and I had to exit during this . My issue is less with the condition of condo , and more with the annoyed, brisk attitude of the owner. My experience with owner is opposite of what is reflected in her signage on the front lawn .Have used VRBO many times- no problem, and have stayed in the condo next door on a previous trip- and loved it! Very friendly/responsive owner.

Convenient to Downtown

Good neighborhood and walking distance to downtown and Tubbs Hill. Check in process was easy, however, unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The owner was very responsive to this, which was appreciated.

Perfect getaway

We have stayed here before. This is a great place to stay especially give the nice unit layout. The location is perfect as you can walk to downtown and communication with the owner is spot on. Love it and we will be back!

Fantastic location

We had a great stay at this in town lake super close townhome. The location is fantastic - walk to restaurants, the lake, and shopping. Host was responsive and the unit is very clean. Kitchen is properly equipped. Having laundry was great for the middle of our long trip. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked for our work needs. TV worked. Great walking neighborhood, so our car remained parked most of the time.

Cozy and Wonderful

Cute and cozy! Dog friendly, close to Tubbs Hill and downtown. Bed was super awesome and the interior was updated and very clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We attended a wedding in Coeur d’Alene and the townhouse was perfect for my husband and I. Location and accessibility to our events was spot on. Camela was accommodating to find us an iron and board and had it in the house before our arrival. We were not able to access the tv in the bedroom but not a big issue.

Great location in a great town!

If you are looking for a place to stay in CDA, this is your spot. The house is just a short walk from the downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great home base in North Idaho

Perfect for our needs of family of 4 and dog - 30 min Silverwood and walking distance to the Park, Lake and Downtown CDA. We didn’t use the patio or garage so cannot comment on those- but house itself was great! And location unbeatable.

Perfect weekend stay

This property was very clean, easy to find, well stocked, and in a great location. Two of us stayed here and had plenty of room. Walking distance to the lake and downtown CDA was great.
