Wonderful location & host

We stayed for 5 days and it has been great! We were able to check in early and check out late, which worked with out flight schedule.

Great location in a great town!

If you are looking for a place to stay in CDA, this is your spot. The house is just a short walk from the downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Wonderful

Cute and cozy! Dog friendly, close to Tubbs Hill and downtown. Bed was super awesome and the interior was updated and very clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location

Unit is located in an excellent location very walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown. Quiet neighborhood with great blooming trees in late April. Has most necessary kitchen items and well stocked for coffee. Appliances work great and are modern. Nice area to eat outside. Cleanliness of tub jets, master carpet, and outdoor dining surface could be improved. Unit otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient to Downtown

Good neighborhood and walking distance to downtown and Tubbs Hill. Check in process was easy, however, unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The owner was very responsive to this, which was appreciated.

Perfect for a wedding stay !

This property was great for our needs during the 4th of July weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding and spent most of the time out of doors, but this house was only 15 minutes from the resort and the main wedding property - giving us the privacy we wanted and needed.

Location! Location! Location!

We came over for a family shower and needed a pet friendly place to stay. The location is perfect as it’s close to everything Coeur d’lane has to offer. The unit is laid out very nice and the 2 bathrooms ( 1 up and down) are perfect. Loved our stay!

We have lived in the CDA/ Spokane area for almost 30 years! We love it! We work and play hard. My husband hikes Tubbs hill with our dog Misha early mornings. When I am not working you can find me on the golf course or on the water. We love to eat out and enjoy the great weather. We are also, both full time realtors.
