This condo is spacious and cozy, easily accommodating up to 4 people. It is perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a safe, relaxing getaway. Our property is equipped with all the comforts of home, including high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, a cozy fireplace, air conditioning, and secure underground parking. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space or grill up a delicious meal with friends and family.

After spending your day lounging by the water or exploring the nearby attractions, sleep comfortably in our NEW spacious KING bed in the bedroom. A NEW Queen pull-out sofa bed and a relax a lounger that converts to a bed is available in the living room that is perfect for kids. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit or enjoy a barbequed meal in the outdoor dining area in the common patio area. You can also relax on your own private patio as well. The condo is fully furnished for your enjoyment.

This location is one of the best in Coeur d'alene. A bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 1.7 miles away from it all! Every kind of shop, bar, or restaurant you want is within walking distance! The condo is surrounded by trails and is a short walk to the park and the Spokane River. It has beautiful views and all the amenities!

The area surrounding the condo is hard to beat - shopping just below, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, frozen yogurt, cooking classes, hot yoga studio, and a movie theater. Riverstone Park is 10 acres and includes walking/biking paths, a pond, a playground, weekend music in the park, and views along the Spokane River. The weekly farmers market is also held on Wednesdays during the summer months starting in mid-May. The Centennial Trail will take you to the beach at Lake Coeur d'Alene and Downtown Coeur d'Alene!

There are multiple golf courses in the area, including the world-famous Coeur d'alene Resort Golf Course with the floating green less than 5 miles away! If you enjoy rollercoasters and waterparks, take a 30 minute drive to Silverwood Themepark. If you're into skiing or snowboarding, Schweitzer Mountain or Silver Mountain Resort is less than an hour away. There are endless activities and attractions in Coeur d'alene, ID!

Spacious one bedroom condo in quaint Riverstone village

Fully-equipped very clean modern condo! warm and cozy! King bed was a plus! host was very communicative and provided excellent detailed instructions for entry and other needs! we definitely would stay here again!

Christmas Getaway

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Coeur d’Alene. It was nice to leave the busy atmosphere of downtown CDA and have a relaxing walk by the river taking in the wildlife and architecture.

The property was in a very convenient location, clean and very comfortable. Owners had everything you need available. WiFi worked great for working while there. Bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay in Couer d'Alene

Christy's condo was perfect for us! Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a lovely stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, secure parking also available. We enjoyed the nearby shops (especially the bookstore--The Well-Read Moose!) and restaurants. When we plan our next trip to Couer d"Alene we will book with Christy. We highly recommend this great condo with an exceptional host. :)

Everything was great.

The condo was clean, very nice, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, great location in Riverstone. Shops and restaurants all around. The woman who I dealt with answered all questions quickly and there were no problems.

Perfect weekend stay!

Great location and comfortable suite

Property had clean, updated furnishings and kitchen was equipped with what we needed to eat in or carry-out in addition to items like spice rack, coffee, creamer, etc. Location is great for restaurants, shopping, and trails.

Amazing Location

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a fabulous time! The condo has all the comforts of home including the most comfy pillows we have ever tried! The location was perfect with lots of cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The host, Christy, was very responsive to our requests including giving us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

We stayed in Christy’s condo for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The condo is clean, well stocked and decorated beautifully! Check in was easy and Christy was so helpful and communicative! The location is so close to great walking and biking trails, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Cda Home away from Home

Absolutely loved this condo- very clean, AC, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Riverstone and to my family. Christy was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive, and kept us in the know about events happening around town during our stay. She also clearly communicated instructions/directions. Will be rebooking for next year!!
