Back home, this convenient home abode greets you with a fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. Coffee lovers have a regular drip coffee maker and can enjoy their daily caffeine fix on the large screened porch with plenty of seating. If you don't feel like cooking, Pelican's Nest Ocean Side, an on-site restaurant, will be waiting for you. The living room hosts two inviting sofas in front of a smart TV with cable and streaming services.

Seabrook Island has private Club amenities. Guests need an amenity card to access these Club amenities. The maximum fee for the card is $300 per week or $50 per day; fees are lower during the off-season (November through February). This fee is for everyone in the party, not per individual. Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
