Welcome to Howard‘s End Cabin! Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this peaceful retreat is close to everything: fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and more! After a full day of Colorado activities, relax in the hot tub or make a delicious meal for your family in the fully stocked kitchen. You can also work remotely with strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Get the rest you need with black out curtains in every room and wake up to the beautiful surrounding forest and glorious view of Pike’s Peak nearby. Located in a designated “dark sky” district, stargazers will be in heaven! Explore the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument or the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center just down the road. Hop up to Cripple Creek for some adult time. Or just relax with a family game night or movie night. Soak in the spacious Jacuzzi tub in the en suite bathroom with heated floors. Luxury awaits you!

Perfect Getaway with kids

We love the relaxed cozy minimalist vibe of this cabin. The kids loved the bunk beds and the box of toys kept them occupied while we got settled in. The hot tub was the perfect place to stargaze at night. I also loved that they had a real coffee maker :) overall, would highly recommen.

Great house in a great location

This location was perfect for all the activities we enjoy doing. It was within an hour (many closer) of all our mountain activities. The home was very comfortable and the hostess was great about communicating with us! Also, the view of Pike’s Peak was beautiful!

Family trip to Colorado Springs area

We enjoyed our recent stay. The home was very family friendly and met all our needs. . The highlight of the stay was seeing many deer during our walks or just enjoying time on the back deck. Charlene July 2022

Great place

We have stayed at houses where I need to clean before I let my family unpack. The opposite was true for this house. This house was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The “extras” were also well thought out as well. From shampoo, nice towels and lotion in the bathrooms to coffee, sandwich bags and potholders in the kitchen, this house was well equipped for our stay. We also created some family lore by playing Star Wars monopoly. Great place, thanks for having us.

This cabin was a labor of love! My husband renovated it himself and added all of the beautiful knotty pine features throughout the cabin. Since we have twin 1 year olds, we wanted to make this cabin family friendly and have added infant amenities.

Location! This cabin is smack dab in the middle of the finest that Colorado has to offer - award-winning fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, and more. With a luxury jacuzzi tub inside and a spacious hot tub outside, you have no choice but to relax. It is located on 3 acres of forest and has a perfect view of Pike's Peak - one of Colorado's 14ers and the mountain that is featured in America the Beautiful.
