Paco's Palace

This beautiful home, named after my late dog Paco, is a 2/2 with a furnished basement and extra sleeping space. We have a king bed in the main, and a twin over full size bunk with trundle in the second bedroom on the upper level. Additional sleeping in the basement we have a queen bed, twin daybed, AND queen sleeper sofa. Our backyard is fully fenced in, with a trampoline, picnic table seating with an umbrella for shade, and of course your doggies welcome with a small pet fee. We also have a toy-bin with sanitized kids toys for your little ones. (1 night stays have $75 clean, message me for reimbursement).

Worked out great for my husband and our 2 dogs. Clean and cute little place. The fence around the yard was secured.

Great stay

Thus was a teally nice olace. It was close to where are event was. My only issue was that the front door sticks. I actully thought we were locked out o e nigjt.

Amazing stay

Worked perfectly and was everything we needed. Very clean and had lots of amenities to make us comfortable. So so grateful for the effort put in to the property. Simple to check in and the check out list was reasonable. Thank you!!

Perfect house for a large family to stay.

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to weather, but the owners were great to work with. When we’re up there again, we’ll definitely stay again.

Football Weekend

We had a great stay for a football weekend. Great location in Lincoln. Very clean with easy check in/out process. House was well-stocked with everything we may have needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for our nieces wedding and Paco's Place was the perfect location for us to relax between activities. The owner was responsive and the house was clean and very welcoming.

UNL family weekend

We had a lovely quiet place to enjoy with our dog. We were able to come together as a family and spend the day together as we attended UNL family weekend. Spacious, cozy and comfortable.

Paco’s place

Place was clean and met expectations. King bed was comfortable. We could have used more dishes and larger bowls for mixing and salads but we managed by using small plates. Does VRBO always require their guests to strip all bedding, take all trash to curb and wash all dishes?

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. It was great for kids with the basement and beds downstairs. They enjoyed the trampoline outside too! It was reasonably priced. It worked out great for our 4 night stay in Lincoln!

Amazing stay, felt like home

Everything here was outstanding, from the beautiful home, comfortable beds and spacious layout. The finished basement has laundry and a nice bathroom. Plenty of sleeping space with sofas for relaxing. Fenced yard and private drive. We will stay again! The host was extremely sweet and kind.

Good simple place

We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper.

Comfy & Clean

Our family was in town for a memorial. The VRBO had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to the places we needed to get to and was a good neighborhood.

Thoughtful!

We enjoyed this cozy home over the coldest weekend of the year. Snow was DEEP! Our hosts thoughtfully cleared the driveway for us and were quick to answer all of our communications. It was perfect for our family! We loved it so much we are going back in April!

Cute and Homey

We are a family of 6, 2 dogs, and a guinea pig. I (Aftin) grew up in Beatrice, and moved to Arizona after graduation. My husband is from Alaska, but fell in love with everything Nebraska has to offer, I mean he did marry into it lol. We currently Live in Queen Creek AZ, but travel back home every summer and for football games. I am a local realtor, SAHM, Licensed hairstylist, pretty much a Jill of all trades :) I put a lot of love into our two Rentals in Lincoln, I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
