This cozy cottage has been completely remodeled, but has retained its coastal New England charm. Take a short walk to the marina where you'll find local restaurants and bars, coffee shops, and ice cream. The property is bordered by conservation land on two sides, offering backyard privacy.
Hop in the car for a quick drive to nearby vineyards, breweries, golf courses, beaches, restaurants, boating, kayaking, and historical landmarks.

****Round Hill is our beautiful town beach, about 5 miles away. The beach requires an out of town week pass. You will need to get this from the Town Hall (Parks Department) during weekday business hours. Subject to change- consult with the Town of Dartmouth website for up to date information

Very clean, great setup and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown to the shops and restaurants. Hope we can stay again someday!

Great clean place!

We enjoyed our stay here at Elm Street cottage. Easy walk to town, about 1 mile. Very clean renovated cottage and the host was very attentive! We were here for a family wedding and it was very comfortable!

Great little beach cottage

It was a very nice little cottage, really clean and lots of amenities, beach chairs, blanket, towels and bag you can use to go to the beach. Comfortable beds.

Very cozy

We enjoyed ourselves and are fully satisfied with this fully equipped and beautifully decorated house and garden. The only hitch was the almost constant traffic during the day. We would highly recommend.

Padanarum Cottage

Little Elm Cottage has been completely renovated and is fresh and cozy and immaculate. It is compact but efficiently laid out. It is one mile from the beautiful Padanarum Harbor and Village. We enjoyed beautiful vistas as we biked by farms and coast.

The Little Cottage

Jason and Alexis were so accommodating what ever we needed they were right there. The cottage was beyond anywhere we have stayed. So unique and organized everything was there for us. It was comfortable everything was Labeled for us in terms of beach chairs towels etc. we would definitely recommend the little cottage .
