Great place to relax and rewind. Home is very comfy and CLEAN, with a great kitchen for cooking, or bbq and hang out under the bistro lights at night! If cooking is not your thing its only a 4-5 min drive to the Pines Resort area where you can grab some restaurant food. Also you can rent boats, and fish! Would stay again. We all had a great time. The host is awesome, and very prompt to respond.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed home very close to Bass Lake and the charming Pines Resort. Easy access to Yosemite, good food options nearby (very child-friendly), and a fifteen minute drive to Oakhurst, where there are good food choices, two good supermarkets and a vibrant art scene.

We had so much fun at Bass lake and Yosemite. This place is a perfect location to access the park. In fact, unless you’re staying directly in the park you can’t get much closer to this entrance. The house was very comfortable and clean and very close to the market and lake amenities. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

This was a wonderful little cabin for our family trip. The extra long driveway was very convenient. The outdoor area with the string lights was perfect for the evening wind down time with the kids. There wasn’t a ton of eating location we wanted to try out so the kitchen was perfect for all the meal prep for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the AC units in all the rooms were fantastic. When we arrived it appeared a critter was searching for some grub and knocked over the recycle bin which contained garbage. I reached out to Vincent and Michelle and let them know. They responded in less than 10 minutes acknowledging the mess and it was cleaned up by the next day. Knowing they were a message away made us feel very comfortable at the cabin. So we greatly appreciated that. The lake, area and people were absolutely wonderful and this is definitely on the revisit list! Highly recommend.

This was a great choice for our small family getaway. The setup made it ideal for our sons and nephew, an upstairs loft for a bit quiet. We absolutely appreciate this ACTUALLY is a home lived in. It’s not sterile and empty, you can tell a family stays here by the amenities in the kitchen (most everything your wood ever need) and small touches here and there that ensure no need go passed. Vincent was prompt to respond and offer suggestions when we reached out. Checking was direct with easy access and clear instructions. Would stay here next year for our fishing trip.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect. We were hiking in Yosemite all week, and it is only 20 min from the south entrance. In the evenings, we would come back and head down to the beach. It’s also close to plenty of grocery options and restaurants. We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place itself was also wonderful. The house is very spacious. It’s got a great backyard. And Michelle and Vincent have thought of everything- plenty of towels and extra blankets, lots of games, and extra toiletries if you forgot anything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty cookware. The beds were comfy. It was a fantastic place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this home. It was easy checking in and out and the hosts helped with answering any questions by quickly. The home had many great details and a great seating area inside the kitchen and outside area that really brought the family together! There was plenty of space in the rooms with many upgrades. Time well spent, thankful it met our expectations!

Great Stay

We came to the area so that we could visit Yosemite, but were just as happy hanging out by the lake. We would have liked to have stayed longer. The house had everything you could need, instructions were very clear and it was nice to have the garden and access to the lake too. Hopefully we'll be back.

Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed our stay with 4 kids ranging in age 3 to 11. The toys and details for kids was great! The private beach was easy to walk to for playing in the sand and water. We enjoyed the backyard and outdoor seating for playing games and cards. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this Bass Lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials a family of six would need, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and plenty of towels to last our entire stay. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, spices, and even a blender, which made it easy to prepare meals and smoothies. The basket of snacks was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.Every bedroom and the main living area had air conditioning that worked great. Even during warmer days, the house stayed very comfortable and never felt too hot. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard for lunches and dinners—it was a lovely space to relax. The cornhole game was a fun surprise for the kids (cleverly stored on the side of the washer!) and added to our family time.Everything in the home was functional and well maintained—nothing broken or missing. The location was also perfect, just minutes from the private lake, Pine Lake Resort, and nearby hiking trails. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing stay and would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you!

Perfect Long weekend getaway

This house with a cabin feel was perfect for our family and friend group of 7. The walk to the lake was just a hop and a skip. We took full advantage of the private beach! The house had everything we needed and more. Communication and response time from host was excellent!

Had a wonderful time at this home in Bass Lake. My husband and I traveled with our 4 children and my husband's parents. There was ample parking in the driveway and plenty of room in the home. Typically we bedshare with our 4 children, so my husband slept with our 2 younger ones in the bunk room since the bed was against the wall, and I slept with the 2 older ones in the master bedroom. My in-laws slept upstairs and the arrangement worked out even though both bathrooms were on the main floor. There are quite a few steps to get to the front door, so when we arrived our in-laws let us in through the back slider door so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage up the front stairs. There were plenty of pillows and towels and all the pots, pans, and dishes we'd need for the trip. It was nice having dedicated heating and cooling in each room as we could adjust to our own preferences. The main living space is very spacious and included a nice desk and sitting area. We will definitely rent again.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house was great. Very clean. Very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space. It was super close to the lake and walking distance to the private beach, even with small kids. The little extras were much appreciated as well, including a basket of snacks waiting for us at arrival and the well stocked play area for the kids. Vincent was quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place at Bass Lake.

Lovely vacation spot

Nice location, a short walk to the water, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The air conditioning was a lifesaver - the weather was really hot when we were there (July) but the air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable. The house was clean. Beds and bed linens were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and had new appliances, plus there was a decent barbeque in the little yard outside The host was friendly and very responsive (answered messages within minutes). We enjoyed our stay.

Sweet Spot in Bass Lake

Our family of five had such an amazing time staying at Vincent and Michelle's lake cabin! The location is perfect for enjoying all that Bass Lake has to offer. Walkable to a small, but private beach, and an easy drive (or walk if u don't mind walking on the road) to restaurants, a grocery store, and the Pines Resort. The home itself has plenty of room for a family to relax, and my preschooler could not get enough of his bunk room and all of the amazing toys that were thoughtfully provided. We would not hesitate to book this great home again!

Great location /near lake

Friendly owners , supplied us with baby bed and was very responsive . House was cozy and backyard was amazing for our kids. House was fully equipped and had items from oil, spices and more items which was nice . Had plenty Dishes , silverware and pots to cook with One thing I would request is having more Tupperware or containers and bigger bowls to bake. Other than that we recommend this place and plan to rent again ..
