Welcome to the Blue Oasis! Come stay with us in our fully furnished 4-bedroom home that has been renovated in July 2021. The blue hue flooring will grab your attention immediately and the rest of the house will make you feel at ease. This place is made for professionals visiting Roanoke for work or leisure, with every detail in mind for you to enjoy your stay. The unit features 4 full-sized beds, a fully-stocked kitchen with a water purifier, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV with Prime, Netflix, and Hulu access. Digital locks for easy check-in and cameras outside keep you safe. BBQ outside or enjoy breakfast on the porch in this quiet block. Take advantage of the close proximity to all Roanoke has to offer. (Please no parties, this is a residential house and it has a noise monitor, but come have fun and enjoy.)

Not that good for the price

Dirty towels (had to wash them), dirty kitchen pots & pans, holes in sheets. Old toiletries left in bathroom/shower and expired pantry items left in kitchen. Very old couches. No checkout instructions but we at least took out the garbage.

Comfortable stay

The house had plenty of rooms (4 bedrooms). The downside was only one bathroom (not attached to any bedroom) upstairs and a toilet/sink downstairs. There is plenty of space and the kitchen table and dining room allowed for a lot of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very quiet and the owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Good location for day hiking and enjoying Roanoke via electric scooter rental.

The kitchen had everything needed for a family of 4.

Convenient to downtown but dirty with poor plumbing

Felt unsafe, noises in the attic, smoke alarm batteries went bad at 2:30 am, toilet and sink in downstairs bathroom not usable, items not repaired within the three days stay, basement door should have a lock on it. Person doing drugs across the street

We would definitely stay again.

We were in town celebrating Easter with our daughter who attends Roanoke College. Very close to most stores. Very spacious place. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Host was very responsive when I had questions. My only suggestion is to make sure the garbage cans are emptied. They were overflowing on the side of the house. Over-all this place was very well organized and clean. Thank you.

Relaxing stay in Roanoke

My family stayed at this nice property for a four-day stretch around Thanksgiving recently. We chose it for its affordability, dog-friendliness, and easy drive (about 35 minutes) to Blacksburg, where we were visiting my oldest daughter at Virginia Tech. Roberto was a great host, and happy to answer any of the questions I had during our stay. My family especially appreciated the comfortable memory foam mattresses on each of the beds we used. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit the area.

I have traveled quite a bit and know that having a comfortable place is important.
