PRIVATE PIER! As soon as you walk through the door, you are drawn in to this home by the expansive views of False River. The amenities and unique features are what makes this newly renovated home the perfect getaway. Enjoy the upstairs screened in porch equipped with comfortable furniture and Air King fans. Walk out onto the beautifully landscaped patio and enjoy a book on the BED SWING or cocktail hour on the pier. Downstairs you have a kitchenette, living room, a full bathroom and office space with a printer and office supplies. Upstairs you have kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Fenced backyard. There is a place to tie boat near walkway. We are available during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. No more than 8 occupants allowed. Additional day guests (maximum 4) must be pre-approved by Owner. No pets allowed. Owner is a licensed Realtor. (The boat lift is not available)

Guests have access to the entire townhome and private pier. There is a community boat launch.

Sleeping arrangements: King, Queen, 2 twin and 2 futons.
Must sign a rental agreement and provide copy of drivers license.

Thanksgiving in Jarreau

With a daughter in her senior year at my Alma Mater LSU, and playing in her final home game in The Golden Band From Tiger Land after 4 memorable years as a trumpeter, it was an amazing family get together for Thanksgiving. What a GREAT property, and an amazing setting.

Graduation visit

We had to travel for a graduation in Baton Rouge and wanted a place for us and one of friends to get away and relax. This was the perfect location for a peaceful get away. I would definitely recommend again in the future.

Thanksgiving with a view

Peaceful River Retreat

Perfect location, less than 30 minutes outside of Baton Rouge. Beautiful town house, decorated very tasteful, with all high end appliances. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower heads are amazing. Shout out to Karen, who made our stay, extra special. I definitely would stay there again.

My Family and I had the best time. We loved the view, the space of the house , the area, it felt safe. Mrs. Karen, property manager was awesome, decorated the house for our christmas stay. It our plans to come back.

Super cute condo on False River!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze and the owner made herself readily available if we were to need anything. The home was well-stocked and very clean. Having a store nearby was also convenient. Pride of ownership shines through with the adorable farmhouse decor throughout. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay on False River.

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed here for three nights and had such a wonderful stay. The view of False River was beautiful and peaceful. The property was well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.It was myself, my two older teen kids, and one of my teen’s friends. The two separate living areas were perfect for our group. Having two living rooms and two patios with views of the water was incredibly useful. It allowed us to hang out together when we wanted to, but also allowed us to have separate areas to watch tv in the evenings. There was a fridge in the downstairs living area, which was really convenient. The ability to control the temperature for the upstairs and downstairs areas separately was an unexpected and much appreciated amenity.My oldest kid caught an huge catfish while fishing off the pier, we played games on the covered patio, and grilled on the downstairs patio. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again, it was fantastic all around.

Clean and relaxing. Closed garage was nice. BBQ pit grill was dirty, but pit worked fine. A little noisy from bar across the river Saturday night.

False River beauty

A good luck house for all Tiger fans

Such a lovely property. Made for a real southern treat for our group from Colorado. Really enjoyed relaxing on the back patio and dock. With a super convenient little grocery (tackle shop) just across the street. And best of all, the house is now good luck for fans attending LSU games! Geaux Tigers …. beat Bama (we stayed here for the 31-32 victory).

Amazing house!!

My family (myself, my husband, and four children) stayed here for a long weekend trip and we had a BLAST! The home is beautiful, had enough room for us all to be very comfortable and was very well decorated. The views and the dock are great! We also ate at Ma Mamas in New Roads and highly recommended the house, the area, and the food!!

Perfect getaway

This was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Everything was there for our convenience. Close to boat launch, store and water. The wharh was perfect for fishing. The interior design was beautiful. The place was spotless. The rooms were exactly what was needed for our family. The screen porch gave a beautiful view of False River. Parking is great. 2 car garage and ample spaces right around the corner. Beautiful sunsets every day of our stay. Large screen TVs all over. Perfect for watching games from almost everywhere. All in all, was the best VRBO stay we have ever been to. Thanks.

Beautifully decorated and furnished property

Beautifully decorated and furnished property. This three-bedroom condo was such a wonderful place to spend time away. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balcony and all the furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We plan to stay here again soon.
