Enjoy the open floor plan, dual zone HVAC with new flooring, a stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. Use the propane grill to prepare your fresh catch-Yes, the fishing can be excellent off the banks depending on the time of year.

The home has eastern and western facing decks so you can always enjoy the sun or shade or position yourself perfectly for the breezes.
There are Kayaks, paddleboards, as well a selection of beach chairs, cornhole boards. There are 2 outdoor showers under the house to rinse off after your day.

The waters of the sound are warm and inviting. The bottom is sandy in most places with some spongey substrate mixed in. The depth ranges from knee to waist high in most places, all the way out to the bridge. It’s a great place to take a break from the ocean waves and simply soak in the rays.
