Great location and Accommodations

We were a group of O65 soccer players who came for a weekend tournament. The accommodations were above expectations. Plenty of towels, including extras for the hit tub, two styles of coffee makers, condiments and beautifully decorated! Look forward to another stay.

Fantastic Property

Needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding ... found this gem and was pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the online photos! The hosts maintain this property very well and we were very happy to have a nice place to come "home to" after our wedding festivities.

Perfect!

We had an amazing trip and this home was so cozy and clean. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was so organized, and the hot tub was just right after a long day of wine tasting.

Will visit again!

This home was so welcoming and cozy. It met all of our needs in every way. It is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and welcomes you to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night. We were here for a wedding so we were busy, and in-and-out all day. I would love to come back and stay again just to relax and explore more of the surroundings.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house was stocked with everything we needed from thoughtful bottles of wine and bathroom amenities to a fantastic book collection! The host was fantastic. The hot tub always such a nice touch after long days of wine tasting. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend!

Beautiful House!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the wine country! The house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking meals on the grill and using the beautiful patio. The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting area in the evenings. Julie was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions immediately.

Beautiful spacious house

We loved the well appointed kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Master suite was very nice. Lots of room to spread out, and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was beautiful - too bad it was too rainy to enjoy it much. Our host left helpful information, and we enjoyed the board games and cards. A great stay!

Great Rainy Stay

Had a great time in Sonoma County this weekend. Despite the rain had some fun outings and this house was perfect distance to so much. The house was also a great rainy day house so many games and books to keep us entertained, and I know I can’t say no to a hot tub in the rain! Thanks again!

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay at the property and Julie was a fantastic host! The check-in process was seamless and the home had anything and everything we could think of to make it enjoyable. There were also many small details that made us feel so welcomed in her home. As for the location, it is very close to downtown Santa Rosa and so many great things to do. We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. Thank you Julie!

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful time with family at this location. The home was clean, well equipped and had many amenities not listed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and centrally located. The home was nicely appointed and the backyard was gorgeous. If we are in the area again, we will definetely stay again.

This house is absolutely delightful, with a welcome gift that we enjoyed. We had two teenage boys who enjoyed the hot tub. The house is beautifully furnished, many bright colors and had everything we needed. We hated to leave!

Great girls weekend

Julie, thank you for offering your lovely home to us. It was perfect. Your amenities are the best I've seen. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Everthing in the kitchen we could need and more. Nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms and comfy beds. We had a great time.

Beautiful oasis

All went smoothly and the home (not just a house) was just beautiful and so great to come back to after a hectic family wedding event. The BEST equipped rented space of dozens in the past. We will absolutely return if we are ever in the area. Like visiting a warm and meticulous friend's home

Amazing

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend away! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the back yard was a dream! So spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying this sweet house! Our host was so easy to communicate with and was so sweet. The location of the house was a dream! We were so close to town and the local wineries! Perfect for our needs

This home had everthing we needed for a family visit with relatives in Santa Rosa and Napa. The kichen is well stocked with every kind of cooking tool as well as a good selection of spices. Plenty of fluffy towels, exta pillows etc... The yard and deck make for a nice space for relaxing and visiting. All in all a very comfortable and inviting home. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples on a wine trip! The home is centrally located for winery visits (we made it to 10 in the area!). The place is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Grilling in the back yard was fantastic. The welcome gifts were such a nice touch and were appreciated and enjoyed!! Birthday getaway with daughters

We had a wonderful time.! The house is well appointed the hot tub was enjoyable. The backyard is beautiful. It was easy to commute to zip lining of the ocean at bodega Bay, Napa Valley. We especially enjoyed our tour and tastings at Korbel. We enjoyed barbecuing in the backyard with the nice breeze. She said the next question is asked her self a question for you.

What a Great Place!

Absolutely perfect location for our Santa Rosa area winery tours. More highly rated wineries within 20 minutes than we could take in over our long weekend. Easy to find, parking for two cars in the driveway and more street parking if needed. The house itself is lovely, and our group of six found it comfortable and plenty spacious. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, one could easily stay for extended periods snd feel right at home. Master suite and bathroom are huge, and beds were all reported as very comfortable. We all agreed that this is the nicest rental any of us have ever stayed in. Julie, thanks for sharing your home!
