Thoughtfully stocked

Cheri provided coffee, sunscreen, and even bug repellent for sitting outside! This place was comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect. When it rained, we were able to run to the VRBO and when it stopped, we could walk back to the beach in less than five minutes!

We celebrated my daughters 20th bday on the beach. Stayed here 2 nights before we went on to our next destination love its so close tp the beach!

The efficiency was very clean. The issue with the property is the people above are early risers and very heavy footed with animals. If you’re looking to sleep in this might not be the one for you.

Wonderful for us.

Our stay was beautiful. This place was situated perfect distance from everything. Close enough to spend some time in Clearwater and St. Pete also. And just a block from the beach. Pickleball and a playground right there and walking distance to some shops, restaurants, laundromat, and a little grocery store. Perfect little getaway for our little family.

Exceeded expectations

This place is close to everything. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s a very short walk. The bedroom was very roomy and tge living area/kitchen was a nice size as well. I loved pets were allowed. I also appreciated the attention to little details. Will definitely utely stay again.

Perfect location

Great location for walking to the beach and being able to easily walk back and forth to the property throughout the day. Very spacious living area. Super comfy beds. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and two pickle ball paddles/ball. Pickleball is across the street. Plenty of people, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a 2-15 min walk. Family-friendly area. (TV was a little finicky connecting to the correct input, but just keep trying and it'll connect.) Can hear the foot traffic from the apt above, but earplugs while sleeping helped with that -- definitely would not keep me from staying here again, just something to be aware of. Great value, location, and space!

Great Weekend Get Away

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament. A few things we really enjoyed .... 1. The shower pressure - it was perfect 2. It had a full size fridge with a toaster oven in addition to hot plate, microwave etc 3. We had PLENTY of towels, beach towels etc. 4. Access to tennis raquets and other accessories that could be used at the park 5. The pups who came for a 5 min visit ❤️ they were so well behaved and made our stay extra special. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations :)

It was very loud with children running across the floor upstairs and a dog that barked and howled for 4 hours last night. We tried to take a nap as soon as we checked in but we’re kept awake by the child upstairs, and we’re woken up the first morning by more running and jumping upstairs. I was very sad to have our 1st two days of vacation be so unrestful.

This is my go to place whenever I want to head to the beach. It’s always clean and relaxing and walking distance to the beach. I will be back!

Great Location!

Stayed for a few days close to family in IRB. Location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Was also nice that there were beach chairs for us to use. Would stay again! Thank you!

Perfect location and perfect for what I needed

Was traveling solo for some business and this location was a GREAT alternative to staying in a hotel. Perfect for a couple, great neighborhood and I could walk to dinner, the beach, everything. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Thank you!

The only thing we did notice, is there was a used, wet washcloth left on the top of the shower.Other than that, everything was wonderful.

This location across from the park was perfect for our kids. The beach, restaurants and coffee shops were all within walking distance. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.

Great guest suite in Indian Rocks Beach. So close to a few bars and coffee shops and only steps away from the beach. My fiancée and I had a great time
