Ohana 2 is a beautiful and charming studio in historic downtown New Port Richey offering a fenced yard, washer/dryer, and a lovely remodel. Just a few minutes to Sims Park and Main Street with restaurants, bars, shopping, community events, and a public boat launch. Recently remodeled, Ohana 2 is stocked with everything you will need for your stay, fast internet, and a smart TV for streaming. Fenced yard with a shaded patio and outdoor dining table. The gas grill is available for guests to use.

Not what I consider a Studio

Booked for a week thinking we were getting a Studio. I normally associate studio with at least a kitchenette. It is a bedroom with mini-fridge and bathroom in a converted garage. There was a nice grill in the shared patio but no grill utensils. Pretty hard to cook that way. Also no kitchen utensils or plates. Took 5 days to get a TV remote. Just under a mile from downtown

Was ok

The property was fine. House was more like a hotel room only aged. Didn’t care for the neighborhood. People in unit 1 were loud and had visitors after midnight. Actually only stayed 2 nights. Went to Holiday Inn suites up the road. This was our first time using this type of lodging. Next time we will get a whole house. That was my fault. Good communication with host.

2 month stay

The property was as listed in Verbo. Clean, Friendly, Safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, very near parks and downtown. This space was small to live in for 2 months but very manageable for 2 and our cat. The back patio was well maintained and the bar b que was top of the line. I would recommend this property.

Great experience!

Wonderful studio in walking distance to downtown Port Richey! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Emperor staff were very quick to answer any questions and take care of any issues we had. Great experience!

Good location

Good location for a short-term stay for one or two people. Our dog enjoyed the backyard but it was really too hot for us to take advantage of the grill or outdoor seatimg during our stay. communication and responsiveness was very good

Host was exceptional

I enjoyed my stay so much I extended for an extra 3 days! Quiet and very private, quaint and comfortable, with the best thoughtful touches I've seen in an Airbnb. From having snacks and drinks, which are always great after traveling, to having toys, a spacious patio area for the pooches, dishes, laundry including g the soap....this was a perfect place. Good neighborhood, quiet with friendly neighbors but still close to all the action. The Social was a great place to listen to live music with excellent food, just down the street. And the host was exceptional! Communication and attentiveness was above and beyond. I'll be back :)

The place was clean and well stocked

The place was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Quick responses to email and text and consistent offers to assist with anything to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I recommend this place and I would definitely come back for another stay in future. Well done! Thank you for everything!
