Enjoy this remodeled open concept, first floor corner condo with a panoramic, beautiful lake view on Little St Germain Lake. Bring your snowmobiles, ATV's, ice fishing, and outdoor gear in Winter, with on-site access to the trail and the lake. In Summer, docking is steps near, for your boat, pontoon, canoe or rental, at our assigned boat slip. We also supply a pair of kayaks for our guest use. On-site Amenities include a private Boat Launch, Sand Beach, wood-stocked Fire Pits, scenic Walking Paths, Playgrounds and charcoal Grills throughout. The patio has ample and comfortable seating as well. Wildlife abounds with local deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and majestic eagles. Inside, enjoy the comforts of home, with ample room to enjoy a board game, cards, Roku-streaming TV, and internet for multiple devices. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, to your hearts content, and the beautiful lake view from the dining and living room windows, are also captured in the kitchen mirror - water views in each direction! In winter, enjoy the warmth of the fire-place, after coming in from snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing and ice-fishing adventures. Saint Germain is a Great Outdoors destination, with trails galore for hiking, biking, and acclaimed as the preferred destination for snowmobiling. Family fun attractions shared with neighboring Eagle River, include Golf, Tubing, Go-Carts, Mini-Golf, Horseback Riding, Zip-lining, Home-town shops, Movie Theatre, Bowling, and a myriad of great eateries.. Something for everyone!

Relaxing Getaway

The Condo is a Northwoods gem ! The views are amazing and it is a very peaceful setting. The hosts have thought of every little detail to make your stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back !

Comfy stay in the northwoods!

Having stayed in several different places up north over the past few years, this one is my favorite to date! I loved that it was right on a beautiful lake- a must for me when I am up north. It had all the amenities you would expect and more! It made for a very comfortable, pleasant stay.

Quiet solitude

The serenity of the lake and quiet surroundings gave us the perfect setting to visit for hours with our special guests. The inside of the condo was very welcoming and all the updates made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Relaxing Condo With All The Comforts of Home!

A week away for Mom

I stayed for the week while my son attended a nearby sleep away camp. This condo was perfect for a week of remote work with morning paddle boarding and evening cocktails on the deck. We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful Comfortable Quiet Condo on Little St. Germain

Very nice condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very Clean and nicely decorated. We mostly did biking during the day when it wasn't raining and on the rainy days played games and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Wonderful!

From the moment I booked the dates the owner was responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I added an extra night with a quick response even over the busy holiday. The property was clean and there were homey touches in every room. It was comfortable and I would love to stay here again.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice area to walk & see lots of deer. Rental very comfortable. Easy to visit other cities in the area. Lisa came out, from 2 hours away, to try to get the Roku to work in the living room. We very much appreciated it. Felt bad she had to make the 2 hour trip.

Spectacular Find

This condo won't disappoint you. It's spacious, well appointed, very clean and has everything you need. The view of the lake from the patio is quite relaxing. Boat slip included so bring your boat or rent one nearby. No complaints here and Lisa is great to work with and helpful.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the condo, the location on Little Lake Germain, and the overall peace of this spot in the north woods. The hosts were always responsive to our questions, the furnishings and decor make a beautiful palette, and the knives in the knife block are sharp. What a treasure.

Magical vacation up north

Lisa & Tim's condo is beautiful - well decorated, in a great location right off the bike path outside of St. Germaine, next to a scenic and serene lake. The kitchen has all the modern amenities. Lisa was a wonderful, attentive hostess - answering and anticipating all of my questions. I will definitely stay here again if I visit St. Germaine (which I strongly recommend! One of the most charming towns in northern Wisconsin).

Labor Day 2023

I have been going to Little St Germain my entire life. My parents rented and owned properties in south and east bays and I also owned a property in east bay as well. It has been a few years since i was able to visit and my fiancé and daughter and her friend have never been so we were all very excited for the long weekend The condo was exactly as the pictures displayed and was perfect for our stay. The condo has easy first floor access with incredible views of the lake. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. We look forward to staying here again

Perfect!!!!

The Property was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I expected or perhaps a little more. I was in town for Mardi Gras 2023 and we found the property to be very spacious, clean and in a great area. I was concerned about the drive into NO and to the french quarter but the drive wasn't bad at all (30 minutes). The place was very close to shopping, a Mall, restaurants and everything we needed, without being in the hustle and bustle of Mardi Gras. Mornings with beautiful sunrises, and nights were peaceful and relaxing. Our hostess was always prompt to answer any questions we had and gave a lot of suggestions on things to do. She was extremely accommodating and the place had everything we needed to feel at home. As I said earlier, the place suited our needs perfectly and I would definitely come back if I'm in the NO area. Glad we chose this over the hotels and places down near the french quarter because it gave us a chance to decompress and relax between the daily excursions. Had a great time. Thank you Michelle

Just as we had hoped

The condo was just as described. We enjoyed the decor and the view of the lake. Our family biked, hiked, swam. kayaked and saw lots of wildlife. They had nothing but great things to say about Tim and Lisa's place and we would all love to come back !

Tim and I have three children, son-in-law and two daughters-in-law, whom we are also blessed with nine beautiful grandchildren, raised in Christian grace. We are originally from the Fox River valley area of WI, and after 41 years of marriage, we moved to our cabin in Crivitz, and newly retired in 2021. We so enjoy family time with our kids and grandkids! Tim also enjoys fishing and hunting; a long time tradition in our family, and I relish cooking and decorating.

Having the lake right outside the door and the picturesque view from inside and out, with the lighted on-site walking paths for owners and guests, playground, grilling, fire pit areas, private sand beach, boat ramp, assigned docks, and the visiting deer, add to the enjoyment :)
