The home was not as clean as I would have preferred. However, construction took place just three feet from the front door all day, making it difficult to maintain cleanliness. They asked us to remove our shoes, but doing so left our feet feeling dirty and disgusting. Furthermore, the construction was not mentioned in the listing, and on our first morning, we were abruptly awakened at 6:45 AM by loud banging right outside the property. I was disappointed with our stay because I would not have chosen a place with ongoing construction just three feet from the front door, especially knowing that we had active toddlers and other guests coming and going throughout the day. The parking and driveway situation was very limiting and not ideal, particularly with construction vehicles parked in the driveway, which restricted access to the property. The host was very responsive and apologetic; however, it would have been best to inform guests about these situations in advance so they could make a more informed decision when choosing to stay at your property. Ultimately, the home accommodated our family, and we made it work, but it was not a relaxing or ideal experience.

Perfect House for our Soccer Team

We were in town for a soccer tournament, and this house worked perfect for our team. House was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The host had great communication and provided clear instructions and info for the house.

Great location for BYU

A group of us travel once a season for an out of town college football game. The house was close enough to campus. Finding the drive way in was a little tricky as GPS took us to a street behind the property walls. But, we finally figured out how to drive into it. The house was very clean except for the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms that looked pretty dirty/stained (although asked to remove our shoes inside the house, others definitely have not). The beds were very comfortable and room for lots of travelers. The kitchen was very large and made for a pleasant experience with a larger group. The upstairs living room is smaller and the furniture definitely not as comfortable as the area downstairs. But, nice that there are two areas for different groups to gather. Communicating with our host was always easy and very prompt response.

Amazing weekend!!!

Loved this home would rent it again. It was extremely clean, very comfortable.A host was amazing!!!! We had children with us, they had a great time. There were lots of things for the kids to do.It's got me.Tell everyone in my family enjoyed the house. AMAZING!!!!

Large inside gathering area

The home has a large gathering area in the living room, dining area and kitchen that made it comfortable for our family to join together for meals and have plenty of space, especially with the two large tables and countertop bar.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay here. The house is clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful. My kids loved the downstairs game room. It kept them busy whenever we were at the house. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Just right!

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and found this home perfect for all of our family's needs. It has a crib, 2 high chairs, 2 extra pack and plays, lots of beds and 2 kitchens. The house is bigger than it looks. We had our adult children, their spouses 2 young children and 2 infants and one pet (all of us fit comfortably). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good stay

Roomy for big families, clean and plenty of beds. The air hockey was enjoyed by all. It was snowing and cold outside during our stay, and the furnace didn’t seem to heat the entire home as well as it should have (cold spots) and may need to be serviced or have filters cleaned. We couldn’t figure out how to use the trash compactor but didn’t ask for help with it since we only stayed two nights. Overall, clean and comfortable with lots of space to gather, eat and play games. Convenient location.

Great property for large families

This home was very accommodating for our family to celebrate Christmas in. We enjoyed the foosball and air hockey, as well as the Xbox 360. The smart TVs were appreciated as well. We didn’t have any little kids, but there’s a cute little mini kitchen play area, a crib, toddler beds, twin beds to accommodate younger children. Lots of dining seating area with the two tables and kitchen bar. It was nice to be able to use the 2 car garage for parking. Kitchen is well-stocked. I was worried we wouldn’t have a potato peeler or masher for our mashed potatoes for Christmas Day dinner but low and behold the house came with both! Lots of appliances including a crock pot and kitchenaid mixer. We were so glad to have fancy glasses for our Martinelli’s, and there were some plenty of nice, matching dishes to accommodate our large group. However, the trash compactor didn’t work for us. Carole was super nice to work with. She was very sweet and responded immediately whenever we contacted her. She was willing to do anything to make our stay a pleasant one.

Overnight Stay

Wow! All the bells and whistles!

So clean! I can not complement this property or it’s host enough! It’s huge!!! So many comfortable beds with soft crisp sheets, fluffy comforters, lots and lots of pillows, 2 large tables, camp fire, bbq, playground equipment, air hockey, fooseball, Xbox, 2 car garage, and lots of little perks! The location is so central, 6 min to the dorms at BYU! The host was so kind! We messaged a bit and she was so prompt! They saved me from the previous home I reserved that had mold. I was covered in hives! I can guarantee, this house has no mold or must!! Trust me! I’d know! I’m booking this home every time I’m in town! I know I’ll be safe from any old property that just flips a home to rent it and covers up problems. Carole takes pride in her property! Even the bright green lawn is meticulously mowed to perfection!! Our service dog loved the fenced backyard and my BYU kids and they were roommates loved coming for dinner! Room for all!

We loved our stay and found the location just perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do! The house was perfect with 2 levels so we had plenty of room to visit, play games and eat! Thank you for being great hosts! We can’t wait to come and stay again!
