You will have full access to all the parts of the house pictured in the listing. Please note, the main level of the home is locked off and has its own separate entrance, and is not accessible to guests. Don't be surprised to see neighbors leisurely strolling and children playing in front yards – it's a common sight here. The best way to get around in our neighborhood is by car. We have lots of parking space in our driveway.

We have plenty of parking available in our driveway for your convenience. When parking, please use the left side of the driveway and be mindful not to block anyone in.

***Please note a $300 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.

4. Do not put food and cooking oil down the kitchen drain.

5. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.

6. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

7. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.

8. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.

9. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
