Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed the charm and unbelievable beach, dock, waterfront opportunities. Our one main concern is that during a hot week the back bedroom where the bunk beds are located were registering at 87 degrees making it much too hot for the kids to sleep and we had to move them downstairs to couches. AC units in the back bedrooms would make all the difference. The kitchen area could use a ceiling fan also.

A week of great memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay 7/2026! The home is spacious and easily accommodated my adult children and their families. The open deck is equipped with a cooking grill and propane fire pit for s’mores. There is also a fire pit for campfires. 🔥 The sandy beach and waterfront is nicely shaded by trees for sun protection. There is ample space for two trailers and dock for two boats. We cook all meals and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a store close-by (Jo-Jo’s) to purchase any needed supplies eg food, ice and bait. Trexler’s and Melvin Village Marina also very close for pontoon rentals. The lower level of the house has a children’s play area, ping pong table, puzzles and games. The lake home location is quiet and boat traffic minimal. A hose was available before entering the house to rinse sandy feet!

The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed time in the lake and around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed playing on the small beach. We had a great time!

The bedrooms were a good size. Loved the beach area....also shade for those that don't like to sit in the sun.

The house and rooms were spacious and the main living floor was great for the entire family to hang out in. We also loved the location. We had a few minor hiccups with a broken grill and beach erosion due the rain, but we were amazed how quickly our concerns were remedied - we can not say enough things about the property management team!

The house fit 10 of us very easily. The road was nice and quiet-perfect for the little ones to scooter along on.
