Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4.5 bath BAYFRONT home near town. You and your family and friends have so much to choose from when staying at Ellavy Bay!
In your backyard: Take a swim, paddle board or kayak trip around Princeton Harbor, float the day away on a tube, crabbing, fishing off the dock, or simply do some people watching with a cocktail in hand on the pier as boaters cruise through the Harbor.
Shop/Dine: Shops, dining, mini golf and much more are a short 7 minute walk into the heart of town!
Beach it: The beach is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away! Park at 30th street beach for easy loading/unloading - you'll be soaking in the sun in minutes!
Inside: The traditional floorplan allows for living areas on the first floor providing easy access to the fenced in bayside back yard, with bedrooms on the second and third floor. The first floor includes a family room on the street side, dedicated dining area, a huge island and kitchen towards the rear of the home. The nicely landscaped backyard and sitting area over the bay is the perfect retreat after the beach.
This rental includes a boat slip and plenty of dock space for floats, kayaks, jetskis, etc.!
