Tastefully restored 1920 cabin with over 100ft of creek frontage in downtown Nederland. Brand new hot tub on Spacious deck. 2 Dedicated off street parking spaces. Home is completely remodeled. King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. Walk to all amenities from this unique location right in Nederland’s business district tucked behind E 1st St.

Ned river house

This was our second time to stay here while visiting family. Perfect location for enjoying the trials and restaurants. The river is beautiful and peaceful!

I really think this is the ideal spot for a weekend or extended stay in Ned. Walking distance to everything, and some extra comforts around the house. We came to run and hike, and Ned is a great jump off spot for a ton of options.

Amazing cabin in a perfect location

I loved how close we stayed to everything; a river, restaurants, and shops. This place was perfect, and the owner was great at communication and cared about his tenants.

Cozy and Beautiful

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. The location was perfect! Close to the main street of nederland but tucked away enough that it was quiet and peaceful! The cabin itself was so clean and so cute! We will definitely be booking again!

Relaxing on the river

We really enjoyed our stay on the river in Nederland. The cozy cabin was a perfect place for us to unwind. We enjoyed having a fire in the cool mornings & evenings, reading books provided in the cabin, and walking to get dinner, coffee & smoothies. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped for making our stay easy and feel like home. We especially enjoyed the cute fall decor, and selection of coffee & tea.

Snowed in fun!

A beautiful location on the creek, right in the middle of town. House supplied many extras and was clean and comfortable. Daughter really enjoyed hot tub as we hung out in the clubhouse. Would love to return.

In-town oasis

Incredible central location for enjoying Ned. Private backyard. House worked well for a couple and a 5 year old. Best for couples or a small family. Tony thought of everything and labeled it for ease. The sounds and sights of Boulder Creek are the star. We enjoyed the hot tub, toys, games, puzzles, and the convenience of nearby restaurants.

Wonderful escape

My partner and I - over the last 5 years ....have stayed at probably 50+ home rentals and this property is our absolute new favorite!! We usually pick a spot that is out away from town and people- here we still felt as though we were in the country - the rushing creek is so peaceful it drowned out the noise of anything else! It was magical!! We could walk to EVERYTHING in town ! The cabin is cozy and beautiful! We spent most of our time in the back in front of the creek- and we saw a baby moose come and eat right in front of us! highly recommend!!

Absolutely fabulous cabin right on Middle Boulder Creek and a short walk to everything in Ned.The cabin was super clean, tastefully decorated and everything was in perfect working order.The owner responded almost instantly to message exchanges here on VRBO and was very helpful. We also ran into a couple people in town, somewhat accidentally, who know him and told us he is a great guy.Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location. Can walk to everything in town, yet nestled feet away from Middle Boulder Creek. Tremendous attention to detail for guest comfort and meticulously maintained.

Perfect Girls Trip!

Comfortable & Great Location

Everything was easy to reserve, check in and out and communication was excellent. The cabin is as advertised and even better. Lots of extras and nice small touches. Cozy, comfortable and right on the water. Easy to walk to everything in town and great location for outdoor activities. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Thank you Tony for being very accommodating and providing a very cozy home in the mountains! The area surrounding it is very cute (with an alpaca shop that is amazing) and the home itself was very clean and taken care of! Would 100% book with Tony. Again!

I came over from England in 1991 on a golf scholarship at UCF in Orlando. I played golf and soccer semi-professionally. Now I'm a local real estate agent. I still coach soccer over in Gilpin County. I love the mountains and especially the Black Hawk and Nederland communities. I ski at Eldora, bike on local trails and enjoy all the dining and coffee shops Nederland has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is such a unique property and location that when the owner's asked me to list the property for sale I decided to purchase it myself. Being right on the water and being able to walk to all the Nederland amenities and activities makes it a really special place to be.

Over 100 feet of creek frontage. Private parking. Hot tub. Huge Deck. No neighbors. The only home in this part of the business district. Thorpe means village or dweller in the village. Hence Thorpe On The Water.
