Good place to stay on Business

The inside of the house was clean ad everything worked out well. The back yard by the pool is messy and not well kept. The neighborhood is also pretty sketchy at best and was not what I expected. Overall though we got what we paid for and there were no real issues. I just wouldn't take a young family there.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the inside of the house clean and everything in good working order. Regarding the backyard and pool area, please note that we provide weekly pool cleaning services. However, given that it is an outdoor pool, leaves can sometimes accumulate, especially on windy or rainy days. To address this, we offer an onsite pool cleaning vacuum robot for our guests to use, ensuring the pool remains enjoyable throughout your stay. As for the neighborhood, our listing clearly mentions that it is a friendly and quiet working-class area. We've lived here for decades without any issues, and many of our guests appreciate the tranquility and community spirit. We understand that everyone has different expectations, and we strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions to help our guests make informed decisions. We value your input and are committed to making improvements based on your feedback. If you have any further suggestions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Best, Anna & Paul
