Nice Trip

Affordable and worth it. Gated community. Mixed with traveling families and older folks. Very quiet, convenient to Universal, Publix, and a (local) WM. Great bang for your buck.

Halloween Horror Nights Stay

We came into Orlando for the beginning of Halloween Horror Nights. This apartment gave us a great place to relax and recharge and get a good night sleep! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and everything you would need to make breakfast or dinner. The TV's are large and you get a huge selection of channels. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful 3-Level Townhouse Condo Rental- PERFECT for our National Volleyball Tournament

PERFECT 3-Level Townhouse Condo rental, that was spacious, comfortable, inviting, and well furnished with comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen necessities, and appliances! Having the 3.5 bathrooms, garage, & private driveway was a bonus! Larry, the host was very hospitable and prompt with communication, advice, feedback, and troubleshooting our needs or concerns! This rental exceeded our expectations, being here for a National Volleyball Tournament, conveniently located at the Orange County Convention Center. I would HIGHLY Recommend this Condo, without hesitation or reservation, for other prospective guests! Thanks again, Larry!!

Relaxing

All was well very comfortable stay especially for a larger family, for me it was just my spouse and I. The property is very secure and has a shopping center two blocks away with a Publix ( full grocery store largest chain in Florida) gas station, Walgreens, restaurants etc within the two block radius. The price was very competitive and the townhouse was very clean and well maintained.

Larry checked in regularly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. One of the nicest places I've rented on VRBO, especially for the modest $$. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.

As long as you're ok with stairs, this is a great place to stay. 3 comfy bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and 3.5 bathrooms were fantastic for our extended family stay.

Great Vacation Stay!

Great location if you are visiting Universal. The house was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious and comfortable. Larry, our host, was accommodating and communicative. It’s a great place if you are traveling as a family of four with some friends or additional family. My kids and my husband and I were able to be upstairs on the third floor, and our friends had their own space on the first floor. Everyone had privacy, and our friends could be away from “kid noise” when they wanted to be. The only thing to be aware of (we were, and chose to stay anyway, so this is not a complaint) is that the laundry is in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. So, (1) it takes up space where you could otherwise hang clothes; and (2) it’s a little awkward if you are traveling with friends and need to go into their bedroom to do laundry. Again, we asked where the laundry facilities were and knew this before booking - the reviews were so good we decided we didn’t care about a little awkwardness.

Business Trip

Rather than stay at a hotel (2 rooms) at WAY too high inflated prices, decided on this. A GREAT decision. Just minutes from International Drive. Never received the instruction for entry, but the property manager was great. Responded to texts. Got us the instructions. No issue. I appreciate when someone actually response, and this was a plus. Place is exactly as described. Clean, kitchen stocked, etc. No issues at all. Much better than a sterile hotel room at 1/3 the cost.

Great Place & will look for it if back in the area.

The house was wonderful and clean. I was surprised at how big it was and comfortable. The bedroom on the 1st floor was wonderful separating myself from my adult children giving everyone their own space. Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Bedrooms on 3rd floor were open with huge bathrooms. The host was fast to reply with any issues. Wonderful stay and if we go back next year I will look for this unit. Oh and location could not be better. Very close to the convention center. There is a pizza, breakfast place literally around the corner so walk to it bc it takes longer to drive and park. Five starts all the way.

Wonderful Stay

Larry's property was very clean and well maintained. Larry was very prompt in responding to any questions and his directions for check in and check out were very clear and easy to follow. Convenient and Comfortable

Had a wonderful stay here during our recent trip for Megacon at the convention center (and some time at Disney). The house is convenient to the highways, local market, a plethora of dining choices, and the freeways. The back gate to the development meant a 2 minute drive to parking for the convention and we saw many people walking as well...but that'd be a bit hot for our tastes. Larry the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Parking for two cars easily. And the house itself was fully stocked, well laid out with three bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), and super comfortable (especially the beds). Super easy access to the freeways and only minutes from Universal and everything on International Drive. Cannot praise this place enough. Enjoy your stay (if you go) and we'll be coming back for certain.

Lots of room. Adequate space, but needs attention to detail to make the stay more enjoyable.

We hadd 6 ladies stay here for a conference. The beds were comfortable & we loved having 3.5 baths. However, this condo was not clean when we arrived. We arrived at 5:30, and we were told check in could be anytime after 4. There were 2 cleaning ladies there and one was eating when we arrived. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to finish. There were pieces of toilet paper on the carpet, a clump of hair in one of the bedrooms and hair on one of the toilet seats. One bathroom's toilet paper was wet on one side and the bathtubs looked like they had not been clean. There was smudged toothpaste in some of the bathroom sinks and the faucets looked dirty. There was a wet washcloth left in one of the bathtubs. I called Larry and he came himself to clean it which was very nice. A small credit or refund would have been nice for our inconvenience having to wait before we could check in. We had driven all day to get there and we were really tired. Several ladies commented that bath mats (or floor towel)are needed because the floor is very slippery when getting out of the shower. We had to go downstairs to get enough towels & washcloths. The cleaning ladies should make sure there are ample towels & washcloths in every bathroom for the # of guest coming. There was only 1 in each bathroom and not even a hand towel was in the half bath. There are no teaspoons in the kitchen, no coffee for guests. We had to buy all of that at the store. There isn't even any salt or pepper that we could find. It would be nice to have a few items like these in the kitchen (teaspoons, salt & pepper, some coffee). Details like this go a long way so guests will want to return. Again, Larry did what he could to rectify the situation, (coming to clean the place himself). However, a small refund for us having to wait would have made a better impression. Overall, this condo is spacious and comfortable beds.

He enjoys seeing customers delighted with their experience staying at the property. His favorite hobby is golf and spending time with his family partaking in recreational and entertainment activities.

Larry, who lives in Massachusetts, has partnered with a local experienced Real Estate Agent who manages the property. This manager has a dedicated group of cleaners and maintenance workers who with great pride take special care keeping the property up. In addition, Larry continually updates the property with premium quality furnishings.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Some of the unique benefits are as follows:

-The property is an end unit and was built by Pulte, a quality builder, hence it is very quiet inside.

-The property has its own driveway and garage (space for two cars), unlike many Vista Cay properties that are in multi level buildings. The guest thus spends less time walking back and forth from the car and dealing with elevators, and has access to their car within several seconds of going out the door.

-The property has an electronic coded door look that does not require keys or badges. Each guest has their own door code and the door unlocks, opens, and closes easily. This setup is more efficient and saves time compared to the many Vista Cay properties that use a lock box key system.

-The HVAC is brand new. Unlike many other units, it has a variable speed blower which results in quieter operation and more precise air temperature control, and a Bi Polar Air Purifier that helps reduce mold, bacteria, and viruses and provides more healthy breathable air.

-The thermostat settings can be controlled by the guest, unlike many Vista Cay properties where it is controlled by the owner or property management company. This approach provides the customer an easy way to keep comfortable while inside the property.

-The properties' bed mattresses are of the highest quality. They are either Tempur Pedic, Cloud Prima, or Beautyrest Legend and enable a well deserved great sleep after a long day of business, recreational, or entertainment activities.
