Vår rymliga lägenhet med tre sovrum ligger vid Pitkin Creek, East Vails bäst belägna och bäst bevarade komplex. Vi är bara 100 meter från det sista stoppet på morgonen och det första stoppet på kvällen på den GRATIS bussvägen till Main Vail och skidåkning så det finns inget väntande, inget behov av parkering och en mycket kort bussresa. Pitkin har en välfylld allmän butik på fastigheten samt en spritaffär. Kort sagt, det finns ingen bättre plats i East Vail än Pitkin Creek.

Vår icke-rökare lägenhet är en stor tre sovrum slut enhet med två sovrum med eget badrum, queen sängar och fantastisk utsikt. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med en dubbelsäng och det tredje badrummet ligger några steg bort. Vardagsrummet har en ny utdragbar soffa och vilstol. Köket är tillräckligt stort för att förbereda måltider för en stor familj och matplatsen har plats för sju. De stora sovrummen och vardagsrummet har platt-tv. Övervåningen sovrummet och vardagsrum / matsal har välvda tak som ger lägenheten en öppen och expansiv känsla.

Det är ett utmärkt läge, bara några steg till poolen / badtunna, parkering och livsmedelsbutik / spritaffär och nära busshållplatsen. Vår lägenhet är tyst, belägen på översta våningen så att du aldrig kommer att väckas av ljudet från de som går över dig. Höjden ger dig också underbar utsikt över bergen, klippband och Aspen-träd.

Alpint och skidåkning, skridskoåkning, snöskor, golf, tennis, vandring, cykling och flugfiske är alla nära till. Den närliggande cykelvägen går längs Gore Creek in i Vail Village eller gå åt andra vägen uppåt Vail pass.

Good location

Good location in east Vail. Stayed there a number of times and this is a good spot. Plenty of room in the condo. Actually has a view south to the mountains and not just another condo building. Would stay there again. Had a group for a guys ski trip and was perfect.

Great VRBO location

We lucked out finding this VRBO for our daughter's birthday. It was economical, spacious and convenient spot near bus route. Condo was very clean and owner's were responsive when we couldn't get in with keypad (to be fair we arrived early). Thank you!

Beautiful Labor Day visit!

I had a great experience at this perfect home away from home. The unit is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. It has great views and it was so easy and quick to get into town. The pool and hot tub were a nice added bonus to this great unit! I will plan to go back!

Great area and condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved convenience of the market and access to the trails nearby. We will probably return to this location in the fall! One recommendation: bring a fan because it can get warm in the summer and opening windows creates a lot of traffic noise at night. Other than that, we LOVED our stay! Thank you!

Noise from I-70 trucks was quite audible from upper BR. TV impossible to use without paying monthly fees. Could add chair and luggage racks in upper BR. Otherwise, facility was clean and comfortable.

Great location and only a few min from Vail Village

Great location and a brisk walk to the Vail bus stop or a few minute drive to Vail Village. The condo was a great size for our group and as others stated, SIMs market has just about everything you might need in a pinch. I would still recommend buying the majority of your groceries from the Walmart in Avon, as SIMs is very over priced. Only issue we had was the dryer took several cycles before the towels were completely dry.. but other than that this Condo made for a great place to stay during our ski trip.

Excellent Summer Weekend in East Vail

We had a fantastic summer kickoff weekend weekend with family staying at Anne's property in East Vail. The layout and description are spot on. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath layout worked great for my family and my cousin's family. Total group was 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Often times, the beds aren't always comfortable or in very good shape in short term rentals, but that's not the case here - the beds were certainly comfortable and in good shape. Anne (property manager) was great from the start, including the booking process all the way through check-out. She was always very responsive and accommodating with us. For sure would stay at the condo again in the future!

Ski trip with friends

Nice updated top floor condominium, three bathrooms, close to the ski bus stop, short ride to the Vail Transportation Center. It has a Roku TV which could be a bit limiting in terms of TV options for certain events, but in the end it’s a ski trip

Great amenities & location

Hi, I have visited Pitkin creek on many occasions and have stayed in numerous units over the years. This unit was unique and had 3 bedrooms and nicely remodeled. It had everything we would need and comfortably housed 5 adults and a 2 year old. We did cook a few meals in the unit and it had everything we would need and more! Of course we had to watch March Madness and it was easy to use the Roku. I would recommend a larger TV in the living room for those that do watch tv. We engaged with the property manager and they were awesome. Just a few minor questions which were promptly answered. I would recommend this property to all of my friends. Thank you again!

Great Views and location

The views of the fall colors from the living room were wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. Nice heated pool and hot tub as well - would definitely stay again :)

Perfect property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location being so close to everything and the free city bus stop being just steps away. Sim’s Market had way more than we expected and made it easy to grab whatever we needed without having to leave. The kids loved the pool and it was super convenient having the pack-n-play available for our toddler. Plenty of space for two families and the kitchen was fully stocked to make cooking easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice and Convenient

A very nice condo with plenty of room and in a convenient spot. The only issues were ineffective base board heating and a rickety dish washer. We enjoyed our time there, however!

Great location and met all our needs

The east Vail location as great and allowed us to avoid parking fees and driving. The shuttle was excellent. The property met our needs and was a good buy. It was on the third floor and required walking an external stairway. We were able to leave our skis in our car but others may have difficulty bringing their equipment up three flights everyday. The baseboard heating system was very uneven and the dishwasher was not secured well. It was not quite at the level of our other ski resort VRBO experiences but with Vail prices, it was as much as I could expect.

You might have a good stay …

We had a fun two week stay here in February 2022, skiing most every day. The condo is nice, but there are some things that we would have liked to know. The unit is 250 yards from the bus stop, not 100 yards, and it is the 5th stop going to and from Vail Village, not the first and last stop, but the trip is very easy, so no big deal. Yes it has a TV, but no cable, or DVR, (and we couldn’t get the DVD player to work), so you need to have an account and know how to use Roku or YouTube TV - an irritation for us during the olympics. The baseboard heat in the living room and bedrooms is controlled by knobs and doesn’t have a thermostat, so it’s trial and error. We had a spell of very cold weather and couldn’t keep the place very warm, but luckily our friend brought sleeping bags so we could use them on the couch - one living room window is damaged and doesn’t close tight, so that didn’t help. The kitchen is minimally outfitted. The deck had a foot of ice on it and the grill was worn out, but the owner called someone to chop up the ice and bring a new grill. The owner was perfectly nice, but (as a neighbor told us) isn’t around very often, so I think the condo condition reflects that. The unit is bright and sunny with a good view of the mountains, and Vail is such a fantastic place to ski, so we had a great time, and I’m sure you will too.

Nice stay

Good stay, great price for a large condo. Location is in east vail, about 15 min bus ride from the mountain. This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator! not fun to walk up with luggage and skis. The stairs are also not well lit and can be icy. Long walk to the hot tub in your wet bathing suit. But large bedrooms and bathrooms for the price. Some of the furnishings could use a bit of updating. Owners very responsive and helpful.

Pitkin Creek is ideally located with the closest stop on the bus route to Vail Village with the added convenience of having the only grocery and liquor store in East Vail just steps away.

We looked at a lot of units in Pitkin Creek before we bought. The spacious master bedrooms and the views from all the rooms is what sold us on our condo relative to others.
