Convenient, comfortable

The house is very close to the beach with lifeguard, basketball hoop, playground, and big old trees for shady picnics. David was helpful.

Wine tasting weekend in North Fork

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It is new, modern, high ceilings, spacious, before front porch, upstairs balcony & back patio for enjoying time outside. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again for next years trip.

Family get away

Beautiful home enjoyed by everyone in the group. Close to town,beach and wineries. Grandchildren enjoyed the miniature Greenport Express and of course the carousel and swimming at local beach.

Girls weekend & birthdays

We enjoyed the home, the ability to sit outside and walking the neighborhood. We only spent 2 days there so we weren't able to enjoy amenities provided especially because the weather wasn't good. Overall we loved the place and the host, Dave, was a pleasure to work with.

Well maintained house, loads of space

We had a great time in Greenport. Nice low-key neighborhood. Easy walk or bike ride into town and very close to ferry. Freeport is sweet and had enough restaurants and shops to keep us entertained for a couple days. It’s close enough to the Shelter Island and more for further exploration. We made use of the bikes, which was great. The house has lots of space and is well cared for. The hosts were very responsive and available.

Family reunion on North Fork

Loved staying at this very nice home ! Perfect condition , very clean , great location , excellent host , nice outdoor patio , beautiful flowers & yard , everything new & updated , very responsive host , nice having washer & dryer in basement , nice outdoor shower. We definitely look forward to staying again ( also great porch and balcony )

Lovely Greenport Home

Had an excellent stay in July at this home. The pictures are an accurate portrayal. Clean and new. Love the outdoor shower. Easy walk to beach, to town and close to wineries and attractions. Would definitely love to come back! Host was responsive to any questions throughout the week. Thank you for a great vacation!

Three week stay in the North Fork

We rented for three weeks and loved the quiet neighborhood, proximity to restaurants, ferries, wineries, beaches and great bike riding. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the owners. Both my wife and I were working remotely and having issues with connectivity our first day. The owners responded right away and arranged for upgraded service which worked beautifully.

Great house and great location!

Recently renovated beautiful Greenport home close to it all! Only a few minute walk to town which was very convenient. Really enjoyed the beautiful backyard too! Overall great stay and highly recommend this house.
