Nice job lace

A nice place to stay while attending a class at the hospital. Just bring a long charger cord for your phone as the outlets in the bedroom are a long way from the bed.

Pictures accurately showed property. Area is a little noisy but walkable. One area of floor needs repair but overall great place. Host was easy to communicate with.

Four stars

Good communication with owner. There was a need for basic needs advertised but not at apt so after a call to owner, an order was delivered to door. The apt. is older but nicely updated and decorated. Apt. is off a busier road near hospital so lots of emergency vehicle/helicopter noise. Apt. needs some TLC as floors are buckled and needed to move a rug on top of area. Minus the few issues, may rating is a solid 4.

Cigarette smell but good customer service

The property appeared clean and nicely appointed. However, it has a very strong stale cigarette odor. The flooring is also broken in several places with pieces of flooring sticking up. We did not stay due to asthma issues but VRBO refunded us readily which we appreciated.

Upon arrival the parking lot was full of stray cats which ppl were feeding in different place all around the walkway. The listing stated there were washer and dryers in the unit. This was incorrect

Cute condo with all the essentials

Great location near campus. The inside of the condo is well appointed, modern decor, and comfortable. I love that the host provided keurig coffee and creamer. It had all essentials. We would stay here again! Perfect for a game day weekend!

Some repairs needed

There was damaged wood flooring in the main hallway that was dangerous. There was a lose piece of metal on the front door that caught and slammed every time you went in and out. There were these tiny ant like bugs all over the kitchen. Once these issues are addressed the condo itself was as expected and a good location.

Easy walk to work at the Veterinary teaching hospital. Well supplied, clean, good water, pressure and enough hot water, comfy bed, coffee maker and supplies, including creamers and coffee.

Turkey Weekend Football Fun!

Wonderful property with a great location for the walking to the football game. Property was clean and linens on the beds were super-soft. A parking tag was missing, but ended up not being an issue. Also, extra set of linens/blanket for futon in living room would be nice for people in the future. Thanks for the yummy box of chocolates, our family enjoyed! :)

Unfortunately couldn’t stay

We didn’t get to stay here because housekeeping didn’t clean from renter prior to us. Property manager was quick to communicate and tried to resolve but we were on a time crunch and had to find someplace else to stay. Condo is in great location and looked nicely appointed from our quick glance inside.

Cute place!

The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. Laundry easily accessible. Clean grounds. So close to everything. Messaged the property manager about access to a broom or mop to help keep the floor clean during the stay and wasn't responded to. Keep the curtains closed in the afternoon. Otherwise it gets very warm. Overall, we would stay again! Bring a broom, extra towels and paper plates/utensils.

Extended visit

The positive things was that we were close to where we needed to be. The beds were also comfortable. We stayed for a month and there was nothing to clean the apt, not a broom or toilet cleaning liquids, not an iron. The pots and pans were very used and scratched. The silver were scarce. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. The kitchen table was wabbly, we were afraid to sit at the table in fear that it would fall. They gave us only one key and it was inconvenient for our party since we had to share it. There were other minor inconveniences that were not as important to us.

Working at the Veterinary school campus

This was a nice clean well furnished two bedroom unit with ample supplies including coffee for the Keurig. It was quiet and an easy walk to the veterinary hospital. Only minor things for a two week stay that would’ve been helpful would be potholders, a toaster and a hairdryer.

This is an older complex and is quiet while still close to all of Gainesville's big areas! UF campus is only a 5 minute drive and Shands hospital is within walking distance of the home. The complex has a pool that is shared amongst other tenants.

Please remember to place the parking pass in your car as they do enforce towing in the area.

There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home and if you are willing to hop in the car and drive, your options for food, adventure, and entertainment are right at your fingertips!

Parking downtown is limited during special events such as Gator games, and weekends. There are ride sharing taxi options available in the area like Lyft and Uber. Gainesville also offers standing and sitting scooters for rent. Simply find one parked on the sidewalk, download the app, and scoot around town for fast, fun, and easy way to beat the traffic!
