Yes, it's true! You've found a convenient location and quality provisions right at the edge of campus. Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom condo w/ open, vaulted ceilings. Quality beds and linens and a fully stocked kitchen with full sized laundry as well. Top floor and very quiet! Fitness center and pool is one building over. You're minutes walking to the new baseball complex and other southwest sports stadiums. You can also walk over to Lake Alice and through campus to Reitz Union, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'Dome. You're also right down the street from Shand's and very close to the medical/vet schools, or the VA, the Harn Museum, Florida Museum of Natural History, or Phillip's Performing Arts Center. Easy parking no matter what the day, bus stop right in front. *Please be aware this is a 3rd floor (top floor) condo with no elevator.*

Condo is spacious and well-equipped. One bedroom and bath separated by common area from two other bedrooms and bath — this layout gives privacy and was ideal for granddaughter and grandson who traveled with me. Building is quiet, essentially no traffic noise. Not walking distance to campus edge, but multiple routes are easy drives.

Perfect location and perfect condo for a trip to the University of Florida. Walkable to campus and the stadium, we left our car parked for most of the trip. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and comfortable furniture. The place was perfectly clean and great communication with host. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was totally perfect for the five of us with three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen and high top table. Highly recommend.

The condo is very nice and in a very convenient location close to everything. It is on the third floor which was a little tiring to climb all those stairs every day as we are in our 60’s, but it was pretty quiet.

Perfect for family

The place was perfect, clean and well organized. Very convenient. Would highly recommend. I would like to contact the host to let him know I accidentally took one of the small umbrellas and would like to return it. Have not been able to do so. Seems I have a problem with VRBO system. Hope he sees this.

Curtis has a great place. Everything was immaculately clean and easy to access. Campus and the stadium was an easy walk. This place deserves your attention for a football game weekend!
