Host was very nice and responded as soon as he could for being away. Other than the creaky floors it was an amazing place to stay for the low price and great location with an amazing pizza place down the road. Even had a grill :)

Great place to stay

Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Really appreciated the stand fans throughout the house. Plenty of supplies. And we really appreciated not having a “ to do” list before checkout.

This property was perfect for our needs. It’s not flashy or overdone, but it was clean (enough) and provided plenty of space for our family. Only six of us slept there (could have slept more) but my IU student and additional family members that lived closer were able to join us for meals and visiting. Everything we needed was provided. The large yard was in need of some maintenance, but that was understandable given the time of year. Check in and out were easy and the host reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again.

4/10 Dåligt

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation och plats
Gillade inte: Annonsens riktighet
This place needs some serious maintenance & TLC. The front door is rusted, there is rotted wood & peeling paint, unkept shrubbery and steps to the backyard that are a hazard. Inside everything appeared to be old & thrifted - even bath towels. I felt like I was staying in a house rented by frat boys. I would not recommend. I give 2 stars because the owner did not require anything be done before we checked out - the only positive for this rental.

We had a wonderful stay!

We rented this house so that we could celebrate Christmas with our extended family in one home. The home was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to all my messages. We are even considering renting again this Spring when all our family comes to town for graduation.

Nice house close to campus

Clean house, lots of room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. We didn’t use it, but there’s a 4th bedroom and a bar area in the basement.
