Welcome to "Casa Blanca" ! This beautiful, luxury home sits on the beautiful beach of Playa Encanto. The home has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and natural sunlight throughout. Kitchen is light and spacious with Quartz counter tops. Kitchen setting has at-counter seating, plenty of counter space, and custom cabinetry. It’s perfect positioning to family room and eat in dining area that overlooks the ocean. The home is customized throughout-stonework up to the ceiling, custom kitchen, handmade furniture in two of the bedrooms, decorative tile bathrooms, and the perfect amount of relaxation space and seating- its the perfect floor plan.
Plenty of beachside exterior patios both upstairs and down. Upstairs margarita deck, downstairs covered patio, and a palapa out back to enjoy the beach in the shade.
Home has a private courtyard through the front entrance with charcoal BBQ grill, seating, and twinkle lights for evening enjoyment. Please note that ATVs can not be stored at the home, due to HOA rules; you are welcome to park your ATV at the guard gate while it is not in use. Guards are there 24/7. Beautiful beach home

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Especially for families who just want a quieter beach. Always well stocked, plenty of beach towels, clean and roomy!

Our daughters HS graduation vacation

I wanted so bad to rate this property a zero. The only reason for that is to not let everybody know how great it is so we can keep renting this place every time we go down . We visit Rocky point on average five times a year for over the past five years and this property it’s way above any other property we’ve rented before. It was the cleanest house, the most stocked and equipped house we’ve ever been in. The location was perfect, when the tide comes in the water is 20 yards from the back patio. Lindsey, the owner of the property was great. She helped us from the day we reserved the property to the last day when we left. She texted us when we were on our way, while we were there, and as we were checking out to make sure that we had everything that we needed and if she could assist us in anything we needed. This house will be number one on our list to rent every time we go down in the future. Thanks again Lindsay, for everything and such a beautiful house for us to stay in on our vacation.

Casa Blanca Did Not Disappoint

We have rented houses on Playa Encanto for years and Casa Blanca is our new favorite. Comfortable, well furnished, and great location on the beach!

Toes in the sand, best stretch of Rocky Point by far!

Wonderful property with a large second floor margarita deck, an inviting enclosed courtyard with bbq and fireplace, spacious bedrooms, kitchen, family areas and garage. This is my favorite stretch of the beach in Rocky Point, even more private than Las Conchas, with easy access to town just 10-15 min away!

Rocky Point Tucson Stay

Amazing

This was the perfect location! And the beach is nice and relaxing! There’s not too much commercial happenings in this area, so it is more laid-back. We loved it so much that we are hoping to book this location again in the near future! We had questions and the property owner was very quick to reply!

Family vacation

House was as described and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was a great location. Not very many vendors, which we liked. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacay

We loved Casa Blanca for our Rocky Point getaway ❤️ Everything from booking thru our stay went perfectly. The home is beautiful, more than enough room for 5 adults & our 3 & 7 yr old grandchildren. Seaside decor, warm & welcoming. Loved the walk-in shower with double shower heads. Plenty of extra bath towels, beach towels & even sunscreen. They didn’t miss a detail. Needed a blender, within the hour it was brought to the door. Lindsey was wonderful to work with! We have visited Rocky Point for the last few years, this property, was by far the best! Loooking forward to our next visit ☺️

Love it!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house looks just like the pictures but bigger. Waking up right on the beach was great. The beach was nice and sandy with lots of shells for the kids. The kitchen was well stock with every pot and pan you can think of and bunch of spices. They had bottled drinking water in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the provided plenty of towels. It was a great property we will be going back for sure.

Perfect beach house

The house is amazing everything you could ever need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of pillows on the beds. Beach towels available. Very clean. The only thing I would have liked that was missing was a decent broom so we could clean better during our stay. This is by far our favorite house we've stayed in over all the 20+ years we have been traveling together. Beach is perfectly sandy with shells and sandollars galore. Peaceful beach without all the crowds.

Amazing property!

Group of 4 adults stayed 5 nights. Breath taking views on what feels like a private beach! Home well appointed throughout and stocked with paper goods, soaps, beach towels, high quality linens and bath towels and comfortable beds. Amazing kitchen and bathrooms. Outside areas are large back patio and front courtyard which is enclosed and gated. Had a few minor issues and the host responded in a timely manner. Definably on the list of best places away from the main tourist beach areas.This is inside the gated area of Playa Encanto. No one wanted to leave!

Great place great house. Only problem we had was the day before we left we ran out of water. Had to wait till next day to fill and pump was not working next day. Had to have someone e come out to fix. Other than that it was good.

Casa Blanca stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is simply breathtaking. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great stay from toiletries to kitchen utensils and cookware- it was awesome. The home has a two-car garage to secure your vehicles and the area has its own security which made my family feel at ease. We did take some camping chairs with us and left our ice chests and chairs on the patio without issue. Neighbors were friendly and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The hosts are very responsive and I am so impressed with all the details this home has to offer. The hosts thought of every accommodation a family or anyone visiting would possibly need to have a wonderful stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Blanca as it was the perfect location for my much needed family weekend.

An amazing slice of Heaven!

This one is top on the 'must return to as often as possible' list! The house has everything you would need or want for a vacation on the Ocean. Absolutely the nicest accommodations in Encanto we have stayed at. The property manager was super helpful & accessible prior to checking in with pertinent information & directions. House was stocked with all essential needs for the kitchen, beach. Thank you, cannot wait to return!!

Best beachfront home with great views!

I have been coming to Rocky point for many years and I love that Casa blanca has everything you need and is in a very safe neighborhood. It’s like you have your own private beach right in front of you. It’s close to the new Encantame towers. The house was clean and we had everything we needed ( fully stocked). The owners were quick to reply and happy to help with our questions. This is a great place for family vacation. We had great views of the sunset and kayaking was so much fun. There is a courtyard patio that has a barbecue and grill area… Great for entertaining and games. 100% recommend it.
