Welcome to Lazy Bear. Located on the 2nd level of the wonderful Colonial Crest Condominiums which is just about a block off the main Parkway.

Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.

**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**

Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in.
Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.

No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).

Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.

We look forward to having you as our guest!

Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only. Also, no trailers are allowed in parking lot due to limited amount of parking spaces.

Immaculate and comfortable condo

The condo was spacious, spotless, and meticulously decorated with a Smokey mountain bear theme. My wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and relaxing. The Island, restaurants, and entertainment venues are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our visit.

Cozy and comfortable. I was very impressed. Easy to get to from the main road I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Only one issue

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was actually to our suprise better than the listing. It appeared to be recently updated and very clean! The stove must be the next upgrade on their list but was still in very good working condition. The one issue we had was with the pool. Not necessarily the condo owners fault but it was closed a lot of our trip. There was a pool guy who came once a day to check the water levels, but wasn't fixed. We would stay here again but definitely ask questions about the pool.

F100 Show

We have been coming down for the F100 show in May numerous times. Colonial Condos are a great place close to it all! Last year we rented from a different couple but always a great experience! Highly recommend

Location Location Location

Great property with an owner that is quick to respond to questions and needs. The place is great for a couple or small family. We were three and had lots of room with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer is a game changer. We missed the mountain views, but only foe a little while. The location of this property is sooo convenient and close to everything!!! It was great!!

Comfortable and Clean

My family and I chose this property for location and pricing. We were staying for one of my son's travel baseball tournaments at the Cal Ripken experience. It was only five minutes from the field and quietly tucked away just off the main strip. The hosts communicated all information clearly and timely. We stayed on the second floor and had no issues with privacy or hearing the guests beside us. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. I'm not sure if the baseball bear is part of the standard decor, but it felt like a personalized touch related to the reason for our stay. My kids didn't want to leave and appreciated the soft pull out sofa with an extra crate pad that was available. Overall, we loved our stay and would choose this again if we get to visit again. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Getaway Spot

The condo was just as described, and the pictures were accurate. I personally loved that it was no smoking and no animals. My son and I both have allergies, so it was nice not to have animal hair all over everything. The condo was very clean, and provided us with what we needed for the week. My son loved the pool, and we loved how close we were to everything in Pigeon Forge. That was great.It was a great vacation!

Love the proximity of the place, the quite and the coziness of the property. Only downfall was street construction, some days its closed and some days it's not making it hard to navigate atatnight
