This upscale new build townhome will have you staring at the skyline for hours on end! With plenty of high end upgrades found throughout the home you will have plenty of space to spend with family and friends for any occasion or even just a quick getaway!
Besides the numerous amenities you are in prime location to plenty of Dallas's main attractions!
The space
This newly constructed 4story townhome has many upgrades that you will love but besides the interior touches and amazing views you are also close to all of the areas Dallas has to offer some of them including:

-3 min from Downtown Dallas
-5-7 min from Uptown Dallas
-5-7 min from American Airlines Center
-8 min from Deep Ellum
-8 min from Dallas Zoo

Being a 4 story unit we'd like to touch base on what you will find throughout your stay.
1st floor - you will find the first bedroom equipped with a queen bed.

2nd floor- The entertainment space, here you will find the living area, spacious kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen island has plenty of barstools where you and friends can enjoy hanging around while cooking or enjoying some refreshments. Kitchen is supplied with silverware, plate ware and utensils just to name a few. The living area is furnished with abstract but at the same time comfortable couches where you can enjoy watching TV or looking out at the Dallas views from the multiple windows surrounding the space.

3rd floor- Two additional bedrooms that both include their own en-suite bathroom and closets.

4th floor- Rooftop Patio - if the weather permits you will be hanging out here for the majority of your stay guaranteed! Views like nowhere else you are able to catch the panoramic view of the Dallas skyline! With an outdoor dining table, patio set with a fire pit, and TV you can enjoy the beautiful weather and views Texas has to offer!

The propane for the fire pit is responsibility of the guest to refill day of arrival if they would like to use it during the duration of their stay. We can have it filled for you the day of your arrival for a fee of $75 just be sure to mention it to host well beforehand so we can make arrangements.

Great stay and location!!

We had our annual Christmas family gathering at the location and had a blast! The location was comfortable for 20 family members to enjoy fun, food and laughter!! The manager was an effective communicator and available each time I needed any assistance. We will return and gladly will let others know about our stay!

Absolutely horrible communication

My wife and I booked this place to commemorate and celebrate being newly weds. One, the ventilation in the entire property is just plain bad. The third floor is a sweltering furnace while the first two are freezers. The floors were dirty and the carpets had all of these dark marks all over them. The blankets and pillows had numerous stains on them. But the worst part of this entire experience was the utter lack of communication from the host. Getting confirmation and details from them was a chore and the only time that they were quick to message was when they accused us of parking too many cars in the complex. We accidentally left our coffee maker there and it took 5 separate messages and a conversation with a VRBO representative just to respond to my request to come get it. They asked when I would like to come get it and have since been silent. YES! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THE COFFEE MAKER BACK. Cool area and idea of a property. Over priced and terrible host when it comes to communication
